My first nail tech was good, she did a good job I requested shellac with cuticle care, she just wasn't as detailed as I prefer. I was really busy with work wasn't able to get back out there until ironically their celebrated new year holiday-a month later. I was scheduled with Tom, I requested a full set of acrylics medium length square with rounded corners. He suggested an ombré French manicure-which is gorgeous and very natural looking. He cleaned up my cuticles and applied oil. He is a perfectionist and he did not pick up his cell phone at all. That was impressive-I appreciated that. He did answer a few calls for the business but that didn't take away from his attentiveness to me as the customer-he was quick and only answered if he was finished with his current task.
