I tried to purchase three certificates for $10.00 each for my supervisor, for boss day. I explained that we could only give our supervisor $10.00 each as a gift, which would have totaled $30.00. The lady refused to sell me the gift certificates stating they had to be $25.00. It's sad you can't accommodate your customers based on certain circumstances. The business still receives money no matter if a certificate is $10.00. It's ashamed that she would rather lose money and a customer due to her lack of empathy and attitude of $10.00 not being enough money spent by a customer. This business is already at the bottom of best nail salons. Keep running customers off and you will end up going out of business. read more

I have came here multiple times. Disappointed almost every time. The only good time was when a man named Jason did my nails done- he did everything that I asked of him. However, there is another man there who does what he wants, even when I tell him otherwise. For example, I just went in and asked for a manicure with acrylic paint and the dipping powder. He told me that he doesn't like the dipping powder so he didn't use it. He also did a bad job with painting, you can still see my normal nail because he used such little paint. Another time (I was getting a full set with gel) he cut my skin multiple times. He also tips himself. I am less than impressed. I will come back, but I will not have him do my nails. read more

I was recently given a gift certificate for this place-- and I am hesitant to go back to use it. Worst manicure I've ever received. Asked for a manicure, and my natural nails were immediately cut off haphazardly and ground down on one hand before I realized that they were about to put acrylics on me. Then, no effort to shape my ruined nails was put forth, and the paint that was put on did not cover my entire nail. No apologies were made, and I still paid full price for the embarrassing excuse for a manicure. read more

It took them at least 2 hours to do a full set. The employees that worked on me kept alternating. I asked for coffin shaped nails and that's definitely not what I received. I asked for my money back and the woman who worked on me started screaming at me, "I don't give refunds." I told her I wasn't coming back, and she said, "don't come back!" They cut corners; I asked for a "pink and white fill." They gave me clear acrylic to the tip and wanted to "paint" a French tip on the nail! I did not ask for Frech tips. They do what they want...in a hurry, and not what you ask for! There should be no white polish involved in a pink and white acrylic fill! Find somewhere else to go. read more

From out of town and used this salon. Now being treated for a staphylococcus infection after the nail tech caused injury and bleeding to the cuticle. Should have followed my instinct to just leave once the bleeding persisted Don't know where this guy was trained likely not at a certified program he used his nails to remove excess sloppy polish from around my nails noted he had cuts on his hands. Being polite left me with a pussy painful finger and needing antibiotics. Will b notifying health department. read more

Staff is very nice. Building is clean. Quality of work-not so good. My 2nd time there and both times nails looked like work done by amateurs. read more
