I usually go for therapeutic massage and chiropractic, but I've had a few appointments for physiotherapy and acupuncture. They don't expect tips, which is good. I highly recommend Ayako Moldenhauer for massage and Nicole Wong for chiropractic. You can book/cancel appointments online. They remind you of your appointment via text and/or phone call. They cancelation period is typically 24 hours prior. There is a receptionist who can handle appointments too. Service by every practitioner I've used and every receptionist is excellent. There is a comfortable waiting room. There is free WiFi. The clinic is wheelchair accessible. There are no customer washrooms, but there are washrooms closeby in the hospital. There is paid neighbourhood street parking and a paid parking lot. Review 2024-236

THIS IS MY LOCAL CHIROPRACTOR…read more I know there's chiro naysayers out there, so if that's you click away from this review. I do believe in the practice of chiropractic for a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Barb Smith is the doctor at this establishment. I've been coming here on and off for over 8 years and have been thoroughly satisfied with their services. The office is open concept and the atmosphere natural and friendly. Leslie is usually the attendant you meet upon arrival and she's a real treat as well. Dr. Barb will tailor the service to your specific needs. For instance, I prefer not to have manual neck manipulations, so she uses activator only in that area. Dr. Barb also monitors my knees and ankles for wear & tear from my active joint-cracking lifestyle. She's also got a wealth of knowledge in homeopathic products and nutrition, so don't hesitate to seek her expertise on those fronts if you employ her service. Regular treatments are $40, so hence the three-star review, however I think that may be close to the current industry standard.

It's for all ages that they can enjoy the pool, but only certain age could be going on the slice. That's a big slice that gets 2 turns inside the tunnel and water pushes all the way from the top to bottom. It looks so much fun. The community center is also renting out the meeting rooms for different occasions, like parties. On the wall, there are different programs information. Kids around the area are able to learn more things.

I have spent time doing work here to change things up. There is free wifi and places to sit down to work. I did that well before the pandemic, so I'm not sure what things are like these days. This community centre used to be a voting poll. I have cast my vote a bunch of times over the years, but it seems to have been cast off the voting poll island in recent years. Armandale Community Centre took over that roll, except for our recent federal election. Pacific Mall took over, which was nice and weird. The washrooms aren't the cleanest here. The last time I used the women's washroom, it was disgusting. I hope that things are better these days. There is a large pool. If you are a parent, you can watch your kids swim from afar through windows. These days, I simply go through the McDonald's drive-thru. Depending on how hungry I am, I'll either park and eat, or take five minutes to drive home. Recently, it was the former. Afterwards, I threw my garbage out. The recycle and garbage area is in front of the main entrance. There is also a recycling depot here, just behind McDonald's. You can drop off Styrofoam from electronics and appliances, which I had to do recently. I liked how the Pool sign was missing the letter l in front of the main entrance. Milliken Mills High School is next door. Perhaps a student there decided to cause some mischief. I enjoyed the laugh! (385)
