staff are not trained properly,
they hire from their own website !! no proper recruitment, apparently no staff training,
i spoke to manager at Glasgow office and she is worse than her stafff !!! vry rude, all they care is your money.
they even forced me to pay 6 month upfront ,then blamed me for accepting the condition and not paying up front
,they failed to provide evidence of me accepting this !!! poor staff, poor communication, ridiculous and rude people
i have reported them to local authority to investigate how they operate.
on their website they talk about tenant wright and all sort of protections but they have no idea about those
and all they care is your money.
when you phone them you dnt know who you speaking to, they hide their names from you.
on their website they publish positive feedback but nothing from geniunely unhappy customers
worst estate agent i have ever seen.
