Some of the bartenders will wait for you to approach them before refilling your drink, even when the bar is nearly empty. Once again, depending on who's working, our order is usually wrong. No cook makes food the same way. Many times they've been out of key ingredients such a burgers because they forgot to order more. If the right person is working, the food and service is great. But it's so hit or miss. I used to really love Muggo's so it makes me sad to see it like this.

At first she balked since the pizza order was already in there was no guarantee it would come out before the pizza - hmmm an example of the service issues others wrote about? But minutes later she told us she expedited the salad and sure enough it was out in 5 minutes well ahead of the pizza which only took slightly more than 20 minutes which is fast for Detroit style pizza. The pizza was very good. Though some complain that the edges are burnt this is the cheese. It doesn't taste burnt it tastes great. This is Detroit style pizza done right. The sauce was sweet with a bit of heat from the hot honey. The salad was OK. Service was good, pizza was great...only downside was $34 for the large. This was high for this type of pizza which we've had in many different cities.
