HORRIBLE experience with the tire changeover this year through Flat On the Spot (Anchorage…read morecompany). The tire changeover resulted in large, deep gouges around the perimeter on all four rims. I messaged the owner, Jason Woscek, who never responded to me but sent his "lead employee" to my home to inspect my rims and assess the damage. I was told by his employee that all four rims would need to be replaced, and he further stated, "that is why the company has insurance". He took photos and said he would talk to the Owner, Jason Woscek. It was then relayed to me from the employee that Jason said I could simply "leave it as is" or he would talk to someone about powder coating the rims. The damage occurred on October 21st. I have heard nothing from the Owner directly, except one return text message that said "working on it" as he continues to blow me off and ignore the situation. While it is completely understandably that mistakes are made, what is not understandable is the lack of professionalism by the Owner of this company. The Owner has now ghosted me.

We thank God, because it was a miracle that it didn't blow out! They were Michelin brand, and the new ones are Michelin as well. That goes to show their quality, and I have always heard good things about them. The price was very reasonable, and the service was one of, if not the best I have ever experienced! I'm a little ignorant with tires, but they didn't take advantage of that by trying to screw me over. They were absolutely honest, professional, and friendly! They even brought me to the back to show me the old tires, and explained what driving flat means, how to tell how old a tire is, and how often you should change them. Aurora towing, which was the first company contacted, couldn't find the car and wouldn't allow me to direct them to it or give a correct address, saying it wouldn't be covered by insurance unless I submitted a new claim with a new address. The guy at Aurora clearly didn't want to talk to me, didn't try to help out, and hung up on me. Tl;Dr- This company was more responsive then Aurora and seemed to actually want to help me get my car moved.
