The guys were courteous and polite. Mr. Ubanks followed up with me after the installation to ensure I was completely satisfied with the workmanship. I have noticed an immediate change in the ability to maintain temperature in my home. While the outside temperature over the past 2 days has ranged from 78 degs to 50 degs, the interior of my home has only varied between 68-70 degs without my heat or air operating during that 2 days. Terrible. They installed my garage door on my brand new house and the main tension system that…read morelifts the door went out after 14 months. The boasted a 10 year warranty, when in fact the warranty only covers major rust and paint. Go figure - the main warranty doesn't even cover the main mechanical components of a door. The 'TorqueMaster' system that aids in lifting the door is "rated" at 10,000 cycles, when mine didn't even reach 2,000 and it expired. I do NOT recommend using this company for ANY service, especially when they try to back out of any product defects in defense of "we're just the installer..."

And they were in and out in under 2 hours! Seal Tight Foam insulated the walls and roof deck in my new home. I am amazed by the low energy…read morebills and how quiet my home is. I was so impressed that I called Seal Tight to insulate my metal garage/workshop. A metal building is quite similar to an oven without insulation. Seal Tight sprayed closed cell foam. It provided a moisture barrier, sealed all the cracks and gaps, rejected much of the heat, quieted the building and added a rigidity to the sheet metal. The garage workshop is much more comfortable even in the heat of mid day. I highly recommend spray foam insulation and Seal Tight Foam LLC.

A nightmare. This mobile company dispatched a tech to Pensacola when I complained of a dead animal…read moresmell under my house. The tech came out and removed a dead possum from the side vent of my house. He did not crawl under the house to look for more but he assured me that he got the animal that was making the smell. After he left it continued to smell so I crawled under the house and found a dead possum. This is after paying $299. I removed that possum and asked him to come back. I was charged ANOTHER $99 for him to crawl under the house and get the remaining dead possum. When I called and complained to the manager, Heidi, she was hostile. At one point she told me she would call me back and she never did. Don't use this company. You'll regret it.

He went right to work inspecting all the places "critters" could get in. He didn't mind me walking around with him asking dumb questions & he gave me several options I go with.
