When I heard it, my pockets sank... that's an expensive replacement! I called Sergio for a second opinion and he came in the same day. After a look, he told me the unit is working very well and needed no replacement. He explained the utility company saves you money with new units since they are more energy cost-efficient, but no, there was no need to replace the unit unless we wanted to. Phew! That was a close call. Which handyman tells you not to buy a new HVAC? An honest one. Sergio is the man!

We reached out to Steve and he was able to fit us into his schedule within a reasonable time. When he arrived he had all the proper tools to paint including ladders, extensions for rollers, the trim wedge for corners and precise lines (we provided the paint and some brushes). He even created his own contraption that protected the walls from any sort of damage while using the ladder at the tall heights as an a-frame ladder was still too short. It was a pleasure having Steve work on our home. He was clean, efficient, professional, and a very nice guy. I will be reaching out to him on any future project we will need help on. We had a new…read moreconcrete driveway poured with rock edging along the turf, plus a full garage refresh -- concrete repairs, patchwork, multiple coats of paint on the walls, and Drylok. The finished driveway looks clean and professional: nice joints, a trench drain at the street, and the rock border ties the turf and garage together really well. The step he poured at the front of the house with leftover concrete was a bonus I hadn't even thought to ask for, and it saved me from paying double to have that done as a separate job. What stood out most was how Ethan handled the project. He's the owner, he's hands-on, and he actually cares about delivering what you pictured. When a couple of things didn't go exactly as planned, he worked with us until we got the result we wanted instead of pushing a shortcut. The crew was diligent, on time, and professional from start to finish. Quality was excellent, and for what we got, I think he's one of the best values in town.
