We purchased a home with a new roof third year it started to leak. We contacted our insurance company they said to get to estimates. This company was one of them. Rick came out and inspected the roof. He told us yes the roof is new but it was done incorrectly. So we scheduled the adjuster to come look. Rick kindly took time off to come and explain help us to talk with the adjuster. Result -Installation problem and some of the shingles did not adhere. Well some companies will cover the faulty shingles. Since it was mechanical or the installers fault the insurance would not cover it. But it was possible that the shingle company would cover the shingles that did not adhere. Rick has a friend who can identify all shingles he again came out and identified the shingles. The company would not warranty them. So my husband re-shingled the damaged areas himself to save money. He did it according to Rick's professional instruction. This company went way above friendly customer service if you ask me. For the rest of our lives this is who we will recommend.

Outstanding customer service and communication…read more If you've attempted to hire any kind of contractor in the Boise area then you've most likely experienced no return calls, no shows for scheduled appointments, or no follow ups for quotations. It was refreshing to have someone answer the phone and then provide and quotation in a timely manner. Larry had to special order our lights and kept in constant communication with status updates. When the lights arrived, he came out promptly and installed. We also have a very high roof peak that I wanted to skip in order to keep the costs down (this may be the only year that we put lights on this house), but when we had the lights up it just didn't look right. Larry located and extra long latter, additional lights, and then made it happen. We are very happy with Larry and can sense his enthusiasm for doing quality work. Highly recommend him.

I contacted Dave to see if he could check these items out, and within two days he was able to examine, repair, and install the additional flashing on our home free of charge (covered by our initial 4 year transferable warranty). From the moment they arrived, the team was absolutely amazing. They made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable and even gave us peace of mind during a time that could have easily been overwhelming. They were respectful, professional, and so kind. One thing that stood out was how considerate they were of our curious little kitten.
