We were putting our house on the market and were in desperate need of some serious landscape cleanup. It was way more work than I myself could handle. I gave these guys a call and within 24 hours the crew showed up and completely tranformed my yard. We stayed on a weekly cut schedule with them until the house sold. The landscaping was one of the major selling points. Kim was my contact at Giglio. She is great. I highly recommend Giglio! For the amount of work they did i was expecting a much bigger bill. The pricing is extremely fair. We will be calling them for our next house that way I have more time to spend with the family.

We are beyond disappointed and want to warn everyone whose looking for a landscaper... we did have a lot of rain however we do now have ANY pebbles to run off into the grass. Also pitched the yard wrong leading to water pooling in the center of our yard which we discussed SEVERAL times we wanted it towards the back... SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Based on my research and many questions servicing your lawn organically is very difficult and NE Hort confirmed this rather than setting the wrong expectations. Once the renovation kicked off there has been multiple follow up from my Account Manager. Everyone I've dealt with over the phone and in-person have been personable and knowledgeable. Bonus: I referred them to a friend who had tree issues and he was more than happy with his experience with removal and stump grinding.

A woman came to my home and barked at me that she'd been doing this for 20 years when I told her she was stating wrong information about the plants on my property. She didn't do basic diagnostics (like scratching the bark to see if the tree is green and alive) before recommending chopping a tree down. Clearly, that's their only true service, chopping down trees. They charge for travel door-to-door if you actually want diagnostics. The poor ratings are true. I do not recommend Northeast Horticultural Services mainly because they are rude and will waste your time because they are too eager to chop down trees and Not care for trees.

How the hell do you justify $5 added to the already high CONTRACTED price. if gas went up $2/gallon (it hasn't), and you get a measly 15mpg, you would have to be driving 37+ miles between stops to justify that surcharge. The math ain't mathin' and I'm done with people that pester you all winter to sign a contract and then take advantage of the customer anyway. Janice is rolling, and I'm done.

I got an immediate response within less then an hour. He was even able to come give me an estimate that day and was at my house within 10 minutes. He came in professional attire and wore a mask. After my quote he said he was available ASAP even that day would be ok. I scheduled for the next day and he came right on time! Affordable and outstanding work- Not only did they give an outstanding deal but the work they did was above and beyond! It took under an hour and everything was completely gone. Not only did they take all the heavy bushes and roots but they raked up all of the tiny pieces of sticks and debris afterwards. It was truly an amazing job and more then I expected! I'm so glad I went with them and I highly recommend you do the same if you want someone who is going to show up on time with the best deal and do the best job! It was such a relief to finally have my yard back! I've already recommended my mother in law to use them for her lawn care and landscaping needs. These guys are the best you won't be disappointed!

First off - he came only a few days after we spoke to survey the work. He pointed out trees that needed care that I wasn't even noticing! I should say he offered that care as advice, not as a way to drive up the price. Secondly, while it almost seems foolish to write, he came the day he said he would, was efficient, clean and respectful of my property. He made sure his equipment didn't damage my lawn and took care to not damage any other trees in the process of removing the dead and damaged ones. Finally - the price was excellent! I'm not sure what aspect I'm most pleased with, but let me tell you - you won't go wrong with this guy and his crew! He also does plowing!
