It has…read morebecome increasingly rare nowadays, for some unknown reason, for businesses to leave customer's in the dark, or not bother to return calls at all. Ivan was a professional throughout. Showing up when he said he was going to, and keeping us apprised through each part of the job. The job was to remove a rather significant oak tree hanging over my house. Ivan and his crew were able to take the tree down with no difficulty. It was truly a sight to watch the climber bring down each part of the tree in the exact area they wanted, especially considering there was a very narrow area to drop. Ivan also took down a large storm-damaged oak in my neighbors yard, and my neighbor was equally impressed with Treeline. After the tree work was finished, Treeline actually addressed the lawn, which was obviously impacted by the work being done. They laid topsoil, seed, and hay to ensure that my yard will look as though they were never there. That is a first for me in dealing with a tree company! I completely endorse and recommend Ivan and his Treeline crew for any tree work that is needed. Their prices are reasonable, though you get so much more than you pay for!

The crew was cautious and took great care with the removal of the pine tree and did a wonderful job with clearing the land of debris and grinding stumps as discussed. We were so happy with the service, we hired them to regrade the yard, install an irrigation system, and hydro-seed per their recommendation. The grass grew beautifully. We discovered they also do patio work, and the owner took the project on personally, designing and installing the pavers, and building us a gorgeous back entrance. We have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so without hesitation. We are looking forward to them coming back this spring to install pavers for a new front walkway and veneer around our foundation.

One of the worst Landscaping companies I have dealt with in my life. They have a blatant disregard…read morefor the environment and the laws that are set up to protect the waterways, and marshlands of Norwalk. Each year they dump all the leaves from a 32 home association into the protected areas and pond that sits on the property. The workers pee in my backyard (where kids playing and cars driving by can see), use my outdoor furniture and hammock, and many members of the association find alcohol containers in their backyard and trash receptors. Even though many members of the association have complained (provided picture and video) for 5+ years, the owner of Signature and the association board refuse to do anything. Despite us providing this proof Signature claim that the excessive accumulation is naturally occurring. When any member of the association tries to address this with the owner of Signature he emphatically deny's any wrong doing and then dismisses us. As a result, many trees are dying since the floor level has raised 3 feet; the marshland is disappearing, fish are dying and wildlife is diminishing. Despite launching many complaint with the City of Norwalk nothing is being done, and soon these areas will be destroyed. That being said if you are a member of your Home Owners Association and want considerably more attention given your yard as well as individual projects being done at the expense of the rest of the association then this company is for you.
