I found this gem on a whim, looking for a good deal on a massage. I called and they allowed me to come in as a walk in within 15 minutes. I wanted to try their special which was an hour combination massage for $38 which includes feet, shoulders, head, and back. It was a great deal! I was greeted right away and was directed to the room that had large private spaces separated by tents in dim lighting. They ask you to take off your top and bottoms and leave on your underwear when you get your massage. You lay on a comfy bed and the massage therapist will bring in a warm basket of water to soak your feet in. Michael did a wonderful job taking care of me! He applied pressure where I needed it the most and checked in with me to make sure I was okay intermittently throughout the session. I didn't want it to end! I have been here a few times and it's a relaxing atmosphere (soft dim lights, quiet place, etc). You wouldn't be able to tell from the outside but it's nice inside. Note this is more similar to a community massage (instead of private rooms) where they have massage tables separated by sheer linen drapes. I get the $38 combo for an hour massage which includes head, neck, shoulder, back and foot massage. They also soak your feet in warm water to help it relax. Their focus here is value but it's not crummy. The key is to communicate and let them know how much pressure you want, what areas to focus on, and don't forget to put your phone on silent. read more

Beware!! After my massage with Michael, I paid, then went to get a cash tip. Before I could even whip out my wallet, Michael started berating me about tipping, pushing the receipt towards me. I tried to explain to him that I was using cash, but he was so pushy and insistent with the receipt that I grabbed the receipt and wrote in my tip. He then CHANGED the tip amount after I left!!! I've disputed with my bank and am waiting for them to open to confront them, but Michael for sure pulled an illegal move and I'm shocked that he would do that! **Update: After issuing me a refund for the wrongly charged service and my tip, the owner wrote me a text saying that "[they] know Racism and slander too," implying that I wrote this review and demanded a refund because I am racist. This was the worst place I have been for a massage. Upon entering there was a room where the employees appeared to sleep because there were several beds and they walked around wearing pajamas. My husband and I tried to take advantage of the $38 for 1 hour massage but it was not relaxing at all nor was it a whole hour. There weren't any privacy rooms and the person next to my husband kept making weird noises and talking loudly. The lady that was doing my husband's massage kept leaving to answer the phone and the door. At the end, they said that because they are so busy, they had to cut our massages short 15 minutes BUT then still charged us $38! I guess you really do get what you pay for. I will never go back. Last year I went to Happy Feet for the first time and it was a very positive experience which was reflected in my 4 Star review. One year later, Happy Feet has declined substantially. All the massage therapists have changed, and the quality of service is pretty low. Technically they are not really massage therapists as they have no formal training - just poor Chinese ladies who learn on the job. Anyway, while I was there yesterday it was so bad that I had to ask for a different masseuse because the one I got initially was so bad. And I have woken up this morning with a sharp pain in my back. Happy Feet was a great experience. I received a gift certificate at Christmas from a coworker for Happy Feet. I finally got around to using it and I can't understand why I waited so long The space is understated from the street view, but the inside is quite nice. Very simple decor, not cluttered, clean. Massage spaces are semi private, meaning you are not in a small room on a table with you and your Massager like at the Day Spa. Rather, you are in a room, with maybe 3 others max, but far enough away that you would never notice them, shielded by soft curtains. I did the full 2 hour combo massage. I highly recommend it. It was a great blend of Eastern and Western techniques and was full body, head to toe. And the time flew by. Relaxing, but also excellent for getting the knots and other sticky stuff out. Free parking on the side of the building. They welcome walk-ins, but as I do not live in the area, I called ahead to make sure they had someone available for me. I'm sitting in a parking space in front of happy feet feeling very confused, actually violated. I've gone to many reflexology massages over the past few years and this by far disturbing. During the foot massage I could feel that he was rubbing my feet and legs with both hands but I kept feeling something touch my toes. I almost felt panicked and kept pulling my foot away. I finally moved the towel over my eyes enough to see that my feet kept touching his face and his mouth. Anytime he reached further up towards my knee his face and lips would touch my toes. Disturbing thoughts kept running through my mind wondering if it was on purpose to the point where I could no longer relax. Once I turned over onto my stomach so he could work on my back he ended up lifting my athletic tank top up as much as he could so he could rub my lower back. I understand that this is normal in some places but he then proceeded to push down my shorts as well. So much to the point where not only could you see my butt crack he tried pushing them further and I reach down to stop him. I understand not wanting to get lotion on clients clothing but by no means is this massage where one should feel undressed. By the time I reached down my shorts were halfway down my butt and I yanked them back up aggressively. He then proceeded to rub my lower back and reach underneath towards my pelvic bones which felt even more uncomfortable after I had to stop him from pulling my pants down. At this point - my eyes were wide open and my senses alert. There was no more ease and relaxation, yet, extreme panic. I've never felt this way in my life let alone at a trusted massage business. I'm not sure who else I can turn to about this as I understand it's not always easy to communicate with businesses like this, but I feel like the man that massage me should be spoken to about this matter. After stopping him from pulling my shorts lower he still didn't get the message that I was uncomfortable. I debated getting up abruptly but was afraid. Majority of the massage was good until I was asked to remove my pants, I said no and the lady pushed my underwear and leggings down a bit which I was like ok that's fine so she can work on my lower back. But a few minutes later, she pulled everything down to my thighs and my cheeks were fully exposed and inappropriately massaged. I was very uncomfortable and can't imagine anyone who comes here would be ok with having your cheeks spread even after saying no. Me and my boyfriend frequent this place a lot since we are both nail technicians and our shoulders and back hurt after a long period of time. This is a no frills massage parlor - you go there to get what is needed then you go. You walk in, they ask you to replace your shoes with their sandals and then you go into the massage room. You don't have a one on one room but you do have your own space in a big, comfy leather chair. You soak your feet in warm water & they give you a full body massage. This is a great way to relieve your body of stress without having to feel guilty and having to pay an arm and leg every time. I highly recommend this place for everyone! I have never felt more uncomfortable during a massage. A professional should know not to touch a client in certain areas- especially when that professional is a man and that client is a girl. The massage itself was not the best, but the way that I felt afterwards was unacceptable. I shouldn't have had to explain that I was uncomfortable in the first place- and I certainly shouldn't have had to explain that more than once. You need to more conscious. O-M-azing! I have passed this place at least 100 times and finally decided to check it out. Doesn't look like much from the outside or check in area. Actually it's so secretive you can't even see inside from the windows, I know, I tried. Once in the open, relaxing and dark massage room, the energy is calm and warm. I also felt like everything was clean and comfortable. They intend for you to keep most clothes on but I was wearing a sports bra under my shirt so I removed my shirt which was a smart move. Coco was my therapist and I'm definitely in love with the Coco. She was awesome! Didn't speak much English but knew what she was doing. Caution! When she went from upper body to legs I asked her to increase the pressure, within a minute I had tears in my eyes. Ask for more pressure at your own risk. We did find the perfect pressure of course. Went with my Husband today (7-27-15) Did not know fully what to expect. The outter sign says 28.00 for an hour foot massage. Yet the receptionist told me that was for a combo. We opted to still get the foot massage but it was 28 for 45 mins..no worries tho. However I guess the gentlemen whom were assigned to us weren't told that and they proceeded to give us the combo. 45 mins for 24.00. All in all it was very relaxing...and well worth it. My legs can not with stand much pressure, and my guy rubbed really hard (ouch) but he noticed I grimised and lighted up. They start out with massaging your face and neck and head. I love Happy Feet! We have been on a Groupon twice now and each time had a wonderful experience. First of all, their foot massages (which are actually head to to massages) are wonderful. They are relaxing and a great way to relax after a difficult week. It's extremely easy to get an appointment during your desired time, and they are always so pleasant. Because of the language/accent barrier, sometimes it's harder to get across what you want them to focus on more, so don't go expecting to explain all of your ailments and have this private session all catered to you. That's not what this is about. You've got to go for a personal one-on-one massage for that. This is communal and they have a routine that they go through. They sometimes ask if there are areas you want them to focus on more, but even when I told them, they still did the same routine, which was a-okay by me! This definitely deserves 5 stars... or as Yelp likes to say Woohoo! As good as it gets! Let me start out with my initial impression of HF, on the outside it appears to be just an ordinary brick building on the corner of Milwaukee and Medina. However, once I stepped inside my perception of it completely changed... and I mean that in a good way! It's big inside, a lot more spacious and airy than you would think. Another plus was how warm and welcoming the owner Ann is, she has a very calm, cool and collected demeanor. When I asked to use the washroom I looked around and I couldn't help but notice how clean everything was. Wish more places, especially spas, took pride in the appearance of their washroom's and their place of business. Once I stepped into the massage room area there had to of been at least 10 (or maybe more) tables all comfortably spaced out, giving it a roomy feel and an adequate amount of privacy. Soft music plays in the background, not loud, but soothing. Walls were freshly painted with a deep lavender color and added to the calming atmosphere. No excessive ornamentation either and I appreciated that it wasn't cluttered with cheap bric a brac you see at some of these spas. Now on to the show! Once I started to get the massage I began to really relax, which only reinforced my initial impression of this place, once again, calm and relaxed. My masseuse gave me an all over deep tissue massage, including my head, that left me feeling afterwards..... relaxed. So my overall experience with HF was positive, including the rock bottom price. I've never had a full body massage for $28, even though they list it on their menu as a foot massage?? The beginning of the massage started with the head which felt pretty good. Then, they switched girls and the second girl was horrible. Other workers kept walking in the room and would talk with no consideration to whisper at all. They switched girls in the middle of the message and i don't think the second girl knew what she was doing. The first girl would switch it up, as you should. But, the second girl was just digging in the same spot on my foot for 5 minutes. Same with my arm and legs. There was no back massage. She massaged my shoulder for 2 minutes. The "back massage" consisted of her pushing on my back for 10 minutes and now my back is killing me, which is the reason i decided to write a review. I've been to a bunch of places with cheaper massages like this and have had way better experiences, like relax feet. They actually massage you there doing different things than the same one thing and just pushing on your back 15+ times as a back massage. Plus, my towel for my feet was already wet. I was very impressed with my visit here. My BF and I did a 60min massage and had a positive experience. When you walk into the room there's soothing music playing and the lights are low. We felt as if we had our own private room even though it was separated by tulle-(I think). The massage was excellent and I can't wait to go back. Great massage for$32/hr. Nice combo of foot and whole body massage. Only thing to be aware of is that it is a single large room with smaller sections cordoned off by sheer curtains. You can shimmy off your pants, top, and bra under the towel provided, or do so in the bathroom and then come out in the wrapped towel. They do a good job of keeping all body parts that aren't being worked on under the towel, so you're never super exposed.
