I tried massages, yoga, stretches, hot wraps, the vibrating gun, everything. I knew I had to throw in the towel and get help so I contacted Calm Spirit and I was connected with Gina Williams. She was so thorough in asking what my issues and concerns were, got me set up and after my session with her she had me lay on this pulsing mat that helped ease the pain even more. In one sitting, I could already tell my back was so much better. I booked a four session as I wanted to come back a second time to really get in there and alleviate the remaining pain and she did.
