At the last minute- 7 days before our event- I found No Wait Party Supply and reached out on a whim. They only had one other review- 5 stars and too specifically detailed to be fake- raving about them so we took a chance. They had exactly what we needed and were able to deliver to our venue on a Sunday evening. Carlyle was a pleasure to deal with, prices were great, quality of the tables and chairs were great, and best of all he was so reliable. He arrived a bit before our contracted time, moved the tables and chairs into the event room, and arrived precisely on time to collect everything at the end. He was professional and polite and we absolutely recommend his company and will absolutely hire him again!!!

I tested the one unit at home before the event and it worked. I knew enough of how to connect cables from one unit to the other as directed with a sticker on the back of the speakers. At the party I could only get one of the two speakers to work - I could not get the second speaker to connect to the first one. I had a reunion party to get moving and could not spend all night hoping to get the second unit working or deal with hoping someone in the company would call me. Zoe Rentals should have provided directions and tested the units with me when I was at the store asking for help to ensure the units worked versus no help at all. When I did speak to someone, she had no clue what the problem was and said someone at the store could have helped - WRONG! No one was there to help. Very disappointed. Stick to chairs and tables.

We ended up using a strap to hold the stairs in place which was visually unpleasing. I've used AAA Rentals many times in the past, but no more!

You know the party is a hit when the kids are having so much fun in the bounce house that a lot of them actually cried when it was time to leave! That alone tells you how much they enjoyed themselves. I also have to give a very special shout-out to Lucy -- she was AWESOME! She was so attentive to the kids, making sure they were having fun and had everything they needed. She was also extremely patient with me and took the time to show me exactly how to use the cotton candy machine. She was friendly, helpful, and just wonderful to have there. The kids had an absolute blast, and seeing how much fun they were having made the day even more special for us. I would definitely book Backyard Amusement again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a birthday party or special event. My plumber met me there and one of the employees produced the contract. $150 for the deposit and $62 for a four hour rental, they also offered $6.18 for insurance. I declined. Backed my car up to the service area and a young fellow loaded it into my car. Even offered a cover to lay it on. Got to my house and snaked the pipe out. But during the job we noticed that the auto switch was broken so I had to use my keys to leverage the switch on. And then halfway through reeling the snake back into the coil the drive belt started slipping. So the plumber had to manually pull the snake back out. So when I returned it we informed the sales associate. He then offered a %15 discount, but my plumber wanted more. So I settled with and the rental ended up being $9 dollars less at $55. Overall wasn't too bad an experience. Good customer service! And they have a wide variety of rental needs on site.

I hired DMV Bounce for my 40th birthday event, and all aspects went smoothly---from the initial phone and text convos on all logistics and details and contract signing, to text and communication in the weeks leading up to the event, to the event itself. I had concessions (snow cones, popcorn, and cotton candy), blow-up carnival-style games, and a dunk tank, which was a humongous hit with adults and kids alike. DMV Bounce truly amplified the entertainment value at the event and made the day incredibly special and memorable, with guests raving about how much they enjoyed it! Setup and takedown were a cinch, and Rick was a fantastic entertainer and a great sport about being the person to dunk! An overall great company; don't hesitate to hire them. I am already looking into fitting them into next year's schedule. So impressed and delighted! And a final point: I looked into a couple different companies. There was a language and communication barrier with the others in the area (among other issues). All businesses are not alike, and DMV Bounce is by far the easiest to work with, had fair pricing, and communication was excellent.
