I came across this place a while back-and it is my number one spot for all my vaping needs! The folks here know their stuff and answer all my questions. I am usually in for a new flavor or a replacement filter. They however are now a licensed spot for selling CBD oils, vapes, nectar, edibles and even CBD treats for doggies!!! Wow huh!!?? As the images share, they have a huge selection of vaping products as well as pipes and such to keep all your smoking needs. Everything doesn't have nicotine-though it is an option if need be. They sell all the latest hardware if you will for vaping pals. And there are even seats in this shop to sit, smoke, chill and have a good time! I have nothing but great things to say. This is my go to place for any vaping needs. I'm a beginner and have been a beginner for several years. They take the time to talk about each product and explain any pain points i might experience. They set them up for you and have you feel them and learn the assembly. I walked in at closing time this evening and it didn't phase them in the least. They gave me full attention and I walked out with a mod I think I'm going to be very happy with. This time Tess waited on me and she couldn't have been more forthcoming with finding me the right selection for my needs. In the past I have worked with Brian and he is just as great at getting it started, making you feel comfortable, and getting you the right product. Their juices tend to go on sale certain times throughout the year like on holiday weekends and even when I have ordered else where: her, California, online, etc., they pic my favs. Of. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Zero stars. This place is deplorable. Within 5 days of purchasing a Kanger Protank, with normal use, the clearomizer broke. Instead of replacing it free of charge, I was required to purchase another. Not such a big deal but not that cool. Mere days later, the battery simply stopped functioning, and the green light for the power button stayed on. It would not vape, or turn off. The product was CLEARLY defective. When my husband tried to exchange it, instead of being offered a refund or exchange, he said they tried to get him to purchase another product for 10 dollars more. Thinking there had been some sort of misunderstanding, I went into the store to ask for a refund. I was informed refunds are not given, and that this information is on the receipt. One would assume this does NOT apply in the case of defective merchandise, which at $40 (after tax) should work longer than 6-7 days. I informed the sales person of this. His only reply was that "you get what you pay for". When I asked if it was their policy to sell defective merchandise, he said "that's the manufacturer's problem." I asked if a product should stop functioning after 6 days of normal use and the only response was that "it worked when it left the store". As anyone knows, it IS the manufacturer's problem; however, since I purchased the product at their store and not directly from the manufacturer, THEY would be the only ones who would be able to obtain a refund from the manufacturer, as I informed the sales person. I was offered an exchange but told the product was out of stock, and one would need to be ordered. BUT I could see similar products for the same price on display. I should have been offered a replacement product for the same value or a full refund, instead of blaming the manufacturer and refusing to assist me. Epic fail. I will never shop at this store again and I will tell anyone who will listen to shop elsewhere, (there are a dozen other vape shops) where they are actually concerned with customer satisfaction. read more
