I assumed I could come in and pick something ready-made out of a display. Instead, a very nice man asked me what I was looking for and my price range and assembled a gorgeous bouquet on the spot. I now have the feeling it would have been better etiquette to call and order ahead of time, but he didn't make me feel awkward at all - he dropped what he was doing to help me and was super quick and polite. I'm going to make more of a habit of giving flowers as gifts, and this place is now my go-to!

Less than 24 hours before she was set to walk the stage, the company had lost the lei in transit. Leis mean a lot to our family, and we were left panicking and scrambling! My daughter was stopped several times walking to her car with people telling her how beautiful the leis were. We will forever be grateful for this business for their generosity and care. Oh my gosh! I stumbled upon this place because an old friend, Miranda, worked at a flower shop and…read moreI would see her post her bouquets on Facebook. I reached out because I needed a bouquet for my wedding and did not know a single thing about making one. She had me come in and speak with her and the owner to give an idea of what I would like. They patiently walked me through the whole process, brought out example flowers and showed me a very rough draft, but could not guarantee they could source the exact flowers at the time of the wedding. Well, when I picked up the bouquet it was everything I could've hoped for and more. Not only were they able to source the exact flowers they had showed me and I fell in love with, but they also got me pussy willows as requested. They really took a vague vision and turned it into reality and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Every employee was so friendly and helpful. They even let me take a vase with the promise of returning it, because I stupidly forgot my own! AND they made me a complimentary tossing bouquet. Ugh! Highly recommend. What a wonderful and affordable experience.

I wanted the white because it looked light and happy. She's turning 75 and cooped up at home because of thr stay-at-home order. She sent me a picture of the ballons and a black one was sent instead of white. The ballons were nice but I never would have picked black. I don't want to remind her of death or her mortality. I called Lighter Than Air. He pointed out that it's on the website that colors may be substituted....and sure enough, it is. They didn't do anything wrong. I just didn't read all the way down to see that I needed to call if I wanted to be specific about color. My bad. He was very nice and offered, without me asking, to refund my money or send out different ballons. That was above and beyond what he needed to do and I very much appreciated it!!! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.
