Love the ladies at this place. they are the only ones who have been able to get a really close cut to my thick hair. I only need to get a cut once a week after coming here. they offer a back rub massage pat/beat down. sometimes you hurt from it sometimes it's just what you need to soften those tense muscles after a long day in the field. they always finish the cut with a quick pass through with an electric razor giving you a nice babie's butt feel.

Raelynn asked me questions and communicated with me very thoughtfully and we ended up with the perfect length. I absolutely love my hair and it's cut perfectly. Raelynn also gave me a complimentary deep conditioning. I generally don't comment on other reviews but I must say something about the 2 star review left by Dana L. I was the other half of that double booking today. I booked on the website so I was on the Schedule but the other client said she sent a text message. I was thinking of offering my appointment to her, but she left before I had a chance. She walked out even before giving the Raelynn a chance to make good on the situation. From my perspective this seemed like an unfortunate situation, but the salon did want to make it right somehow. I don't know the Raelynn personally but the 2 times she's cut my hair she seemed very personable, thoughtful, and client focused.

What really stands out is how much she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in every part of her work. Whether it is a haircut, color, or full transformation, she takes the time to make sure it is what you want and that you feel good leaving her chair. She is incredibly talented, experienced, and amazing at what she does. You can tell she knows hair deeply and takes pride in doing things the right way. It is rare to find someone who has both the technical skill and the level of care that she has. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your hair, I would recommend her over and over again. She is gifted, passionate, and one of the best at what she does.
