It took me and my fiancé two weeks to get a package that was delivered there. The first day we attempted to do the pick up, they couldn't find it in store even though the system showed it being there. We phoned the next day to see if it had arrived. They said they didn't know. Well when we were there and they tried to look for it; EVER SINGLE WISH BAG WAS OPEN. They know what you've got before you do, and if it's something of interest you can bet your bottom dollar they took it. They are sneaky, unorganized and VERY unprofessional. I was under the impression it was illegal to open someone else's mail however, if you're an employee of Giant Promotions that's part of your job.... I only recommend them if you would like to wait weeks for something that's already in their warehouse, or if you would like your packages opened, or if you would like things from your package to disappear. Larry was on time and on target to ensure that he was fully set up well in advance of the guests arrival and while the guests anxiously (impatiently) awaited the arrival of the bride and groom he provided light cabaret music to ease the atmosphere which continued through the dinner. We had given Larry only a couple of requests for songs and had given him free reign for the dance and he did not disappoint, providing music from not only this generation but others as well which got everyone of all ages on the floor swinging and dancing and also provided a couple of slower songs periodically through the night (it's a wedding after all) We could not be more pleased with his services and are already recommending him to friends, family and strangers alike. We can't thank you enough for your help that night and if there's anything else we can do for you please let us know. Sincerely, The Marlows

The equipment and facility are well kept and clean (which is a major perk), and the staff are friendly, but one of the major problem is the price. It can get pretty expensive if you are planning on riding for awhile. Prices are set for blocks of laps and blocks of 5 laps only last about 10 minutes, which left me disappointed after my turn was up. Hot Hint: There are opportunities for group and party rates, just call ahead to reserve a time.
