Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing visit. When I asked for shorter nails, the technician got visibly upset and left the corners unfiled, making them uncomfortable and impractical. I asked multiple times for a shorter length, but they refused. I also requested kiddo services, which were ignored. I only went because Queen Nails was closed--but I won't make that mistake again. I paid nearly double what I usually do, and now I'm scratching everything because the nails were left sharp and poorly filed. Definitely not going back. read more

First timer! Did a walk in last night at around 5:04. Asked what the wait time was and was immediately answered with we can take you now. I was a bit surprised due to all their techs having clients. I probably sat in the waiting room for 5 minutes before I was called to sit at a desk (which was great). I didn't get the name of the male tech that worked on my nails but he did a GREAT job. Horrible service, dirty salon, and very unprofessional. First and LAST time going there. They are all over the place. The lady kept taking breaks while doing my nails asked me if i can wait 5 minutes because she's hungry. Then 30 minutes later stopped again and asked if i can wait again because she needs to cut someone's toenails! (While she was in the middle of doing my nails!!!) First off i get there for a regular gel pedicure second time, they have the water too hot felt like it was burning me they barely lowered the temp , i was attended till they helped this couple next to me first even though i was seated first but thats not my problem, my problem is that she did a horrible job on the frenchtip and she cut one of my toes too short it bled a-lot and it hurts it feels very sensitive, also got my eye brows done and came out very thin and ugly and to be noted i have thick brows just wanted a clean up, i paid and cried the whole way home because i got them done for my 21st birthday trip in vegas and now i have to look ugly for it i will never be returning. They did so good on my nails, they took me right away and I was only charged $100. Across the parking lot at Queen nails they said it would be $160 AND she wasn't able to paint the spiderwebs and spiders on my nails, saying how they would need to be stickers then (hands me a book of skeleton stickers). I've been coming here regularly for a few months now and have had great experiences. I typically do not call to make an appointment but they're always accommodating with walk in appointments if you have the time to wait. I get a basic pedicure every two weeks and it lasts without chipping. Tiffany does my nails and fill, and does a great job. We do not have a nail tech who does anything but basic manicures where I live so I do not mind driving 40 minutes to see the ladies at Happiness. They do a great job, are always accommodating, and their prices are fair. read more

Visited my favorite nail spa again yesterday and Tiffany and her staff were awesome and super accommodating. I came by after 7 pm on Saturday and the ladies stayed after 8 pm to complete my gel set. Although they sometimes get busy, being patient definitely pays off when you get heart design nails as cute as this for my special occasion! This place is a kind of hit or miss! My full sets never last anymore than 2 1/2 weeks! they are so rough on your nails. They even cut me multiple times. They always get me to pay extra. They always get me to change up my design so I can pay extra they just want more money ! I only gotten one pedicure from them and it actually wasn't that bad. Yeah the French tip could've been a lot better but it wasn't something I was gonna make a big deal over over! My mom went in there to get a full set. She told my mom she will only be waiting 15 minutes and my mom ended up waiting a whole 45 minutes so my mom ended up walking out and the girl like runs after her and she gets into the car and she comes outside like looking for us looking even in cars!!! Don't go in! The last time I went in I was injured! While getting a pedicure my cosmetologist(male) abraded my toe as he filed my nails. When I yelped he replied, "that didn't hurt." With the next swipe he cut open my skin and I bled out! He attempted to "glue" the wound shut but not before instructing me to rinse off the blood by putting my foot back into the water used to soak my feet! He became quite angry that I didn't want to put my open wound into dirty water or that I didn't want him to super glue the cut closed! Never again. read more

Clean nail salon. We came in today for Manis and polish change.... they were very busy so we had to wait. No big deal. The staff was very nice and said sorry for the wait. The services were good. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because Tiffany seemed to be doing it all. I think she must be the owner. She was working on me but also always answering the phone taking payments and sending clients to their stations... what should have been a 30min apt was over an hour. Tiffany was very nice and did a great job. Another reason for no 5th star is the prices are steep. I only had a gel polish change and it was 15 extra. Also a 17 mani was an extra 15 for my mom. 15 extra is way too much... IM But we will go back because they did a good job and the salon was clean. Being so busy must mean something!
