Beautiful! I got them done pretty early, a week before Thanksgiving so these are going on 3 weeks old. Nail tech did exactly what I wanted.

Ivanka did an amazing job 10/10. First time here and will come back. I did my toes as well, but with another nail technician.

I can't believe this. Just because I am a new client and it's 6:10 when I go in, DOES NOT mean do a terrible job.. This is absolutely unacceptable. My acryilic big toes DON'T EVEN MATCH.. My right side is literally slanting to the side.. and they're not even filed EVENLY.. The polish isn't even even on all my toes, and my biggest pet peeve is when the polish is touching my cuticle.. She didn't even clean it up and let me walk out like this. I'm so embarrassed. What's the point of getting your nails done if you don't even like them... I'm utterly disappointed. To top it off, I understand it's 7:00 PM now and you wanna close your register, so I have absolutely no problem giving you my card to charge. First it was, "It declined. Is your card locked?" Hmmm, it shouldn't be. I checked and it wasn't. "Okay let me try again." She trys again 2 more times with no luck. On top of her literally saying this in front of the other customers!! HOW EMBARRASSING!! I say, "Okay, can I go to the ATM and just pull out the cash?" She said, "Sure, but you have to leave your phone." ?!?!?!?! WHAT. Ummm, I don't feel comfortable with that, so I asked if I could leave my ID. She gives me this cringe look and says, "Sorry, someone did that before and they never came back so you have to leave your phone." BULLCRAP. I'm willing to pay for this terrible pedicure, trust me.. I'm gonna come back. Whatever, cool. My friend was kind enough to pay for it thankful and I had NO ISSUE going to the ATM to pull out the money that I paid my friend back with. All in all, thanks Queen Nail for ruining my night and making me feel like I'm broke. I'm never coming here again and I'm telling everyone I know that if they go, this might happen to them too.

We love how nice and professional the everyone is here, thank you Queen Nails! Nicole always does such an awesome job, and she is such a sweet lady. I like how detail oriented she is and how she takes the extra time to clean up the acrylic shavings underneath the nail. My mom got her silver nails done by the taller, younger man(she did not get his name, he is very quiet) and he is very detail oriented as well.

Horrible service! Had me sit in the chair for like 25 minutes as if she was going to start while she went ahead and took a customer for waxing, then left me in my chair. 30 minutes later to go take 3 more people for eyebrow waxing. Did not say one word to em as she left to take clients. This is so unprofessional. read more

By far the best nail salon in Barstow. Very clean and professional. They do an absolutely beautiful job, no rushing, and wonderful customer service. Dyda does good nails, but has a fucked up attitude. I tried to make an appointment one day and pay deposit, she doesn't have change for a $100 then tells me to just chance it in the morning at 9am. I had a long sleepless night, being pregnant. I walk in around 4pm explained myself and tried to pay again for an appointment but since I didn't come "chance it at 9 am without an appointment" I couldn't actually get an appointment. She was very very rude, disregarded anything I said and she thought I was going to stay lmao BITCH PLEASE. I'll continue to drive to LA to get my nails done. Thank you for services you are definitely dismissed. read more

I decided to upgrade and do the Royal Spa pedicure and it did not disappoint. My pedicure was fantastic and well worth the price. It was clean and quiet in the salon and they have a great selection of colors gel and regular polish. read more

The last time I got my nails done here I was very disappointed with the service. The color swatches on the pallet do not match what you get on your nail. I tried picking a different color and Nicole appeared to be bothered. I have always felt discouraged to ask for a design or something special because it feels like an inconvenience, even when I am paying extra for that design. Their prices are premium, but what they offer in return, in quality of products, knowledge for up to date designs, and atmosphere is simply not. They will also turn you away if they don't like you. I felt so humiliated when I went in to make an appointment (mind you, you have to go in and leave a $15 deposit to hold your appointment, and they don't answer the phone) Nicole told me I should go somewhere else, her excuse was because "I couldn't find a nail color I liked last time" that's not a valid reason to turn someone away when they are trying to make an appointment with money in hand. I felt so discriminated, and humiliated. I've always been nice and courteous and tip every time, even when the service was not great. I came back here again because my new person is on vacation, but I will never support this business ever again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Came in with my guy. We got a decadent pedicure done and I had a gel manicure done as well. Staff were nice and friendly. Place looked clean. However my pedicure ended up finishing a lot faster than my guy's even if we got the same type of pedicure done. I felt like mine was a little rushed. My manicure was ok. But I don't think they put on that last top coat to keep the nails shiny. Good place but I still need to find me a go-to nail salon and this might not be it. read more

I would have given 5 stars is not for their extra $15 gel nail charge. That's a bit high. It added $30 to total to do gel on mani pedi. I felt massage was a bit under cut since it was supposed to be 12 minutes and mine lasted not as long as the 7 minutes massage the person I came with got. I loved the actual work. Set was perfect. Solid cleaning. Good industry practice. read more

Went here today and needed a soak off and new set.... They were so friendly and Nicole really took her time shaping my nails into the perfect coffin shape. I loved it here.... All the girls even stopped by my station to chit chat. Instead of making me feel like they were talking about me, like they do at the nail salon across the way. I love my new nails! Farrrrrr better skill set than any nail tech I've ever been to..... And that says a lot. AND THEY HAVE THEIR PRICES POSTED ON THE WALL. Come here.. You won't regret it! read more

I love this place! All the nail techs are very professional, as well as personable! In comparison to other nail salons in town, you will not be treated like a number here. I appreciate that so much. They always listen to my concerns and take great care in meeting my expectations. Pricing is on point. Bonus: there is not a lot of excess gab in between the ladies. This place was recommended to me, it was nice and clean, customer service was amazing, the only downfall but to me it's huge is the fact that my gel manicure only lasted 8 days before it chipped. I've had my gel manicures last a good 3 weeks, but not here. read more

I've came here multiple times with 5/5 star service but seriously ruined my whole day and upcoming trip. Also haha didn't even get to take pictures of it. Nail appointment was at 1, I'm just baffled.

The owner tries to defer her responsibilities to satisfy customers after an unpleasant experience by saying that the workers there are self employed and handle their own customers as they wish. Although that may be true she is the one who gave the okay for them to work in her salon under her name which means her reputation is tarnished with every bad experience... You'd think she'd take that more seriously... Anyways moving on. The lady who did my nails was AWEFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL! Not only did she use super glue instead of nail glue...yeah you read that right... but she also failed to sanitize equipment after it fell on the floor. She had such a heavy hand with the nail filing machine that I had to retract my hand because she was carving into my nail and hurting me. She didn't check to see if she was filing my nails evenly once the acrylics were on, seeing as how they were uneven and crooked, and when applying the rhinestones on my nails she was LICKING the tip of her tool to pick up the jewels. Why couldn't she use water? I don't know. The rhinestones fell off within 2 days and needless to say I will not be going back.

But if I'm paying for a professional service, I expect my nails to at least look professionally done. Especially when I was patient, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire appointment. The most disappointing part wasn't even the nails themselves. It was the feeling that once other customers came in, my appointment became an afterthought. Nobody likes feeling like they're being squeezed in while still paying full price. I'm a cosmetology student, so I understand being busy. I understand scheduling challenges. I understand the beauty industry. What I don't understand is rushing through a service and expecting a customer to be satisfied with work that clearly wasn't your best. Needless to say, I did not leave feeling like a bad bitch. I left wondering why anyone thought those nails were acceptable. I was treated very poorly today and it done intentional by the barber. I will start off by saying it was my fault why the barber was in a bad mood. I made an appointment at 9am and arrived 15mins late. I apologized when walked in the store. The barber told me that he had another appointment in 5 mins and to come back at 11am. I agreed as I thought that was fair since I came in late. I apologized again as I left and waited for my new time slot. I come back to the shop at 11am as the barber was finishing up another customer. When I got called on, I apologized a third time as I sat on the chair and then let him know the cut I wanted. As he's cutting my hair he is hitting me on the head with his comb. He did this multi times and even hit me in the eye once. When he needed to adjust the position of my head, he just kept yanking it stiffly with both his hands instead of asking me to move it or placing a hand on the my head and gently guiding it. He used his comb to brush off hair from my shoulders and face instead of using his soft brush. He didnt even ask if I wanted my sideburns squared or tapered off. He quickly flashed his mirror and said I was done. He didn't even touch the front of my head where my bangs are and I pointed it out to him. After 1 last quick snip on my bangs, I paid him and went to my car to check. It was terrible. The sides were long, and not blended. He didnt even go high enough with the buzz razor. You can see to destinct sizes on the side of my head. The top of my head was barely touched and one side was longer than the other. I went back inside to ask him to fix it as it doesnt look good and everything was done poorly. He tried to convince me that he did it how I asked and I told him it looked bad. He agreed to fix me up, and this time he was being gentle. He used the soft bush and even warned me to close my eye when he was using the hairblower to remove hair off me. He did not do this the first time. I left with it being better but no where near the usual work they do for me. I ended up fixing it a lot myself when I got home. I can stand it if the haircut was done differently than how I expected it but I was being mistreated intentionally. The barber acted out maliciously and for what? Because I showed up 15 mins late the first time. Even after I apologized for it 3 times. I've been coming here for 2 years, was late for an appointment once, and this is how you take care of your customers?

It would have been fine if he had just said oh I messed up and forgot but no, he tried to argue with me and acted like he hadn't made an appointment with me at all. Why would I make up having an appointment at a certain time and make a 40 min drive if you hadn't set that up? It makes no sense. I then contacted my other friend who I know goes there and she said he had done the same thing to her as well. That is really no way to run a business especially in a small community because eventually people will either talk or they'll get tired of showing up and you're not there. EDIT AND UPDATE: More BS from this reply... he never apologized or offered to give my son a free haircut! WOW, all I can say is next time really apologize instead of blaming on the customer and that will probably be sufficient.

I've been here a few times, but today's visit was exceptional!! I went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure was amazing!!! I wish I would've got her name. I chose the Queen Deluxe pedicure and she really treated me like a queen. I knew my calluses were horrendous. Instead of doing a quick job, she took her time and got them down to almost nothing. My heels and feet are so smooth. My toenails were stained from a bunch of coats of dark polish. Again, she took her time, cleaned them up, and got them looking so pretty without polish. I've gotten a pedicure here before and the gentleman that did it seemed rushed and didn't have as much attention to detail as this lady did. My gel manicure was good too. I've never really had any issues with my manicures. The wait time can be annoying sometimes, I've waited close to 3 hrs one time. But the service that you get makes the wait worth it. I haven't been to any other nail salons in Barstow and I really have no desire to!! read more

Visited this salon today while on an extended vacation & passing through Barstow, and Jessica did a FANTASTIC job completely removing/replacing my acrylic nails - the most gentle, pain-free experience ever!! Although she is young, she did a far better job than many others I've been to over the years. Nicole and Didi were so so sweet and they were busy when we got there but they still took their time and. Then stayed way after closing time and just took so much time with us!
