Todd tells my wife that the 1868.75 (the weekly charge) was a minimum payment. No contract was presented but he did run out immediately to pick up the check. He takes advantage of people in need. Very unprofessional and dubious. Don't consider this clip joint if you need to have your loved ones cared for. Incredibly inept staff as well. Left garbage stinking in the kitchen. Did not cook meals as promised. Did not pick up after themselves. Terrible company. Dishonest owner.

He gave me the quote & told me that his agency requires a two week commitment. I told him if I went with his agency I would agree to those terms. He never confirmed if he had anyone available. So I hired a different agency. I didn't hear from him again until 36 hours before the target start date. He called on a Saturday night & left a nasty voicemail saying he was going to bill me for two weeks of services because he had a caregiver on hold who couldn't take other cases because she was committed to us. I never told him I was or wasn't going to use his agency. So I have no idea what prompted this phone call. I called him back (got voicemail) left a message that he must have the wrong person. I never had an agreement with his agency. He texted "bill is forethcoming". Now on top of dealing with the stress of caring for elderly parents, I am being forced to deal with this nasty unethical person & possible legal situation. I strongly recommend you avoid the agency.
