The service is friendly and efficient and some of the staff speak pretty good English, which can be helpful. The salon is a good size by Parisian standards and clean. When I could no longer deny my need for a haircut, I investigated a couple of local salons. One had much better reviews on Yelp than the other, so my choice was clear. I am very happy that I found this salon. Franck and Nathalie are lovely, and I was happy with the hair cuts and color treatments that I had over the year. My hair is very fine and needs a good cut to look like it has any style at all, and Franck had the right touch. Between my reasonably good French and Franck's reasonably good English, communication was easy enough. Franck also threw in some French language coaching for free. Even if you only speak English, I think you will manage here.
