We opted for three courses: starter, entree (stuffed chicken atop quinoa risotto) and dessert (brownie, chocolate crumble cake, ice cream) and polished it off with cafe. When there was a small but friendly complaint that we did not get what we wanted, the boss/ manager started to insult us and became physical without any provocation. He then called two more employees who tried to manhandle me. He hit my wife who tried to film the whole thing. Finally, we were asked to leave loudly and under continuous insults. If you look for friendly service, this is not the place to go. And if you look foreign and don't speak German, this can be a dangerous place. The case has been reported to the police.

The service was very friendly and English is spoken here. We decided to try a chocolate covered banana and a light cake topped with jellied berries which seems to be a common dessert here in Germany. We also ordered a cappuccino and milk coffee. The cashier was nice enough to give us a half off discount on the cake since it was a small slice and also gave us a glass of water at our request. The only things preventing it from being 5 stars is the lack of public restroom and wifi, but they do a darn good job of serving up savory treats and that's what counts the most
