This was a perfect rest stop since it was a little cooler and of course shaded. It was even better without any line since we came in the middle of the afternoon for a light snack. The basic Bosna was served with 2 pork sausages in a long, toasted bun with their unique curry spice, parsley, and raw onions. The other options added mustard or ketchup or omitted the parsley and onion. While the basic Bosna was quite delicious (nice snap to the sausage, moist and flavorful), the mustard version really added more moisture and tang that my SO and I agreed was the best choice. Cash is preferred though credit cards were accepted. A definite must try dish when visiting Salzburg.

The line for ordering was long (about 15-20 deep) around 1:30pm but it moved fast. There are basically 6 variations of the sausage sandwich (which it is like a panini). The bread was crunchy and toasty...warm and fresh. The sausage (2 per sandwich) were delicious and nicely dressed. For about US$7 this was a great deal. Yummy, delicious and cheap.

I tried the Wieners Schnitzel, which was dry and tough. My friend's Pan sole was drenched in butter. Service also fell far short. Some items we ordered never arrived and even basic requests, such as an extra fork and more napkins, fell on deaf ears. Also deftly inexplicable is the cash only policy. I don't recommend this place.
