The Hangover Pancake was tasty overall, though a little on the dry side and not quite as loaded with meat as the menu description makes you expect. The blueberries inside were super sweet and fresh, which gave a nice balance to the salt from the meat. The eggs were as basic as it gets (that's what I wanted). I also tried the cinnamon roll. It was just okay because the icing was hard as a rock and the roll itself came out dry and lukewarm. That said, the prices are very fair, especially for the portions, and it's the kind of place that makes you want to come back for the atmosphere and friendly service.

With it only being one person manning the cafe, we only waited 10 minutes for our food which was very reasonable in our opinions. We did not order any baked goods but everything looked just as good.

Yes, they used to have a white board with the menu, but now have laminated menus. And they used to not take credit cards, and now they do. But what I suspect they've always had is great food. The wrap was good, despite it being nothing like the description stated on the menu. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap which should have allegedly had bleu cheese crumbles, guacamole, lettuce, etc. but instead I received a wrap which seemed to be a chef salad with Buffalo sauce tossed in. There was shredded cheese and bacon crumbles among the lettuce to my surprise. The fries were over cooked and tasted as if the oil was on its last fry. Our waitress was very nice when taking our order but unfortunately we did not see her again near our table, not even for refills on our beverages, until it was time to receive our bill so we were not able to address any of our concerns. It was hard to finish my spicy Buffalo wrap without a water refill! I would give this place another chance, but it'd have to be at the request of someone else to go here.
