For first time visitors, here's how it works. When you enter the restaurant, the hostess will give you a card. When you get to the back of the restaurant, you can order your food (pizza, pasta, salads, etc.). Then you'll get a pager for when your food is ready. You can stop by the bar, pick up a drink, find a seat and wait for your pager to blink. After eating, stop by the reception stand a pay for your food and drinks. It is a great concept, especially since you don't have to split the bill when everyone gets their own card.
