I felt like I was treated like a billable object. Not to mention the fact that every single dentist wrecked a tooth or caused me to need additional procedures. Riverside has legitimately helped me to not be afraid of the dentist. Walter, the therapy dog, greets you at the door. Sedation dentistry is an option. I have never felt judged and every employee has greeted me by name, made me feel welcome, and they have senses of humor. The office and dental exam rooms are extremely clean. There are televisions to watch during your cleanings, and every procedure is thoroughly explained before it's done. I always receive an estimate before anything is booked. I'm always reassured what a great job I'm doing (which means a lot because sometimes I need to be congratulated like I'm five). The staff is trained in very new technology, a lot of things can be created in-house, and Dr. Blanchard clearly cares about his patients. I have recommended this place many times and referred other family members who have also had great experiences!

I call office for clarification... was told "well the fill in dentist probably didnt want to diagnose an issue if it's not his practice" ...what!! I had a few teeth pulled in the past which left me with a deep fear of going to the dentist, and besides I could not afford getting them all pulled anyways. Then I found Dr Riech. I was incredibly nervous but I pushed through and there was almost no pain at all. Even after the anaesthesia wore off very little pain. He mad me feel very at ease, did the work effortlessly and 55 minutes later I had 20 less teeth. He's even letting me pay off over time! Seriously he is the absolute best !

After being told that a root canal wasn't the answer, my dentist recommended Dr Walloch at Milwaukee Oral Surgery in Menomonee Falls. I have high dental surgery anxiety, so I was fearful of getting the extraction. When I arrived at the office, the receptionist, Janet, was very professional, and then my tech, Karen, and Dr Walloch, very quickly, had me prepped and assured me that the process would go quickly. After the extraction, they provided me with post op supplies and great instructions for post op care. Following their instructions, the bleeding stopped after about 4 hours, and I have not even taken any pain relief for the surgery. I developed a significant infection beneath a problematic canine tooth, which suddenly became…read moreunbearable over a weekend. I was fortunate to be able to see my primary dentist the following Monday. It was felt that a root canal would be needed, and I luckily was able to see a specialist that morning due to a cancellation. Unfortunately, the specialist terminated the procedure due to the extent of hidden decay present, and I was referred to Milwaukee Oral Surgery and Implants to have the tooth removed after a course of antibiotics to treat the infection. The entire staff at Milwaukee was courteous, diligent, and helpful with scheduling, follow-up reminders, and communication. Dr. Wallock exceeded my expectations. The extraction was difficult given the condition of the tooth (partially removed, infected, and decayed).I was concerned about the healing period given the infection and pain endured to that point. Dr. Wallock prescribed adequate pain medication and called me the following morning to see how I was feeling. He also gave me his personal cell number to call if there was a need. That in itself is unheard of in the medical profession (at least in my experience). After a few days, my pain was not decreasing, and I was concerned. I called, left a VM, and spoke with Dr. Wallock within an hour. He agreed that I might still have a lingering infection and prescribed an additional course of antibiotics. Within two days, the majority of my pain and discomfort began to diminish. Dr. Walloch helped get me past a difficult two weeks so that I could enjoy a scheduled vacation 10 days after the removal. This is the level of care one should expect to receive when dealing with a significant health issue. I highly recommend Dr. Walloch and the clinic collectively.

The DENTL Lounge is not a corporate mill. It is a family run practice that was worth the drive. It was easy to make an appointment and fill out the paperwork online before I arrived. When I arrived I felt very welcomed. They even have a " Comfort Menu" with things like a weighted blanket, earphones, or a massage chair to make patients more comfortable. I was seated right away by the sweetest assistant. Dr Emily not only has a great personality, but she explained everything thoroughly. I love the technology they have to make patients understand treatment better. I had been having a lot of sensitivity on a tooth. Dr Emily was able to show me some pretty cool pictures that helped explained why. That technology along with the way she explained it made me feel confident with their team. Thankfully they started treatment immediately . I can't believe how gentle Dr Emily is! Since I came such a long way, they offered to clean my teeth as well. Wow, was I happy they could fit me in. The Hygienist Lori was fantastic! I've never had such a thorough yet gentle cleaning! My teeth feel amazing! Menominee Falls is lucky to have such a great dental team.

Got charged $600+ for a crown that fell out twice within two years…read more Crowns are normally suppose to last 10-15 years. Now my husband's heading for a root canal and or implant. Would really like my $600+ back for the crown. Sadly yelp won't let me go back and correct what I'm currently writing. It may have been 3 years for that crown but still VERY unacceptable and who's gonna pay for my root canal and or implant moving forward? Sure could use my $600 back to put towards that.
