I love this office, the Dr, and the staff. They are friendly and caring here. Found them a few years ago when I needed a dmv physical (which they do) and happened to ask if they took my insurance. The rest is history and have been coming here for adjustments ever since. My wife joined me as a patient and loves it here just as much. Most importantly is this is not one of the many insurance/accident fraud treatment mills we have all over the high desert. They are 100% ethical and they do not participate in any questionable business practices. They also offer massage therapies as well as natural nutrition products and supplements. I love Dr Hannon. My visit to the chiropractor was due to pain in many areas of my body. What I thought would take a while to feel relief turned into only about 3 weeks. I am so grateful! They don't money gouge, you come in and get the services that you're there for. They have a wide range of services including massage. You will have to ask at the front desk to get information on all their offerings. This location is definitely worth the visit to me. The doctor is personable, asking questions about how I'm doing, my vacations and family. He also shares personal stories which makes the visit more comfortable and relaxing. He seems like a quiet guy but if you talk to him you can get him to share. Sad to say my doctor sent me to physical therapy for these same aches and pains. I found Dr. Hannon after being told my physical therapy had ended despite the fact I wasn't well. The doctor will assess your situation and make adjustments when/where needed. He told me additional things to do at home to help me feel better. He also suggested the company's YouTube videos to get more tips on how to properly care for myself. It's been about a year and a half since we started coming to Dr. Hannon. We try to go at least once a month to get an adjustment. My husband has a spinal fusion from his L3-L5, and he is in constant pain. A week ago, his pain was getting worse. He struggled to stand up (you could see the pain on his face). Mind you; he never shows discomfort because he has been living with this for 30 years. It only took three visits for him to get back to himself. My husband was in an accident and comes here regularly. He suggested that I try since I was having issues sleeping through the night due to my back. Their hours are odd but they take their business to a level that makes you feel like they've know you for years. I called in before my appointment and actually enjoyed the conversation. When I arrived to check in it's as if they instantly knew who I was... Commented about my husband and how happy they were to meet me. I'm not sure how to word this but any employee that I chatted with made me feel as if I was a friend but without crossing the line into unprofessionalism. During the therapy and the massage I felt as if I got to know the girls just a little bit and actually looked forward to coming back. The only reason that this glowing review is 4 stars and not 5 (at least for the time being!) is because I felt confused through part of the process.. there wasn't any explanation on what was happening next or what the steps were. For a regular it isn't needed but for someone brand new it's important. I was told I'd get therapy but had no idea that meant electric shock.. don't get me wrong it felt amazing but I was surprised. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Hannon Chiropractic in Hesperia. I went in on Thursday Dec 16th For an appointment that I made a few days before. And they had called me the morning of my appointment I never said a thing about they would not be wearing masks.When I walked in not employee was wearing a mask. I told them I'm quite surprised not to see anybody with a mask on, as this is a doctor's office, and she proceeded to tell me that they were exercising their constitutional rights to not wear a mask, even though the statewide mandate went into effect that day. If that's their belief you can also figure that most, if not all, are unvaccinated. That puts everybody who goes in there at risk whether you wear a mask or not. Considering I'm just getting ready to have surgery done in a couple of weeks that put me at risk. There was a total of four employees who worked on me, close and personal, not including the three people at the front desk when I walked in. I'm not very happy about it. Had I not been in such pain I would have walked out the door before I ever went any further. And I think everybody else should at least have the opportunity to make the decision before they go in there. They should be up front when you make the appointment that they do not believe in masks and are going against a state mandate. read more

My mother is a client of Doctor Hannon. I have never been to the office myself but my mother, a retired nurse absolutely loves the doctor and the office staff. She said they had great customer service and they were always so attentive to her needs. I had the pleasure of communicating with Monique and Shanae and I concur with my mother in regards to the service rendered.. I needed assistance with coordination of care for a recommended physician specialist. Monique was very pleasant and helpful and connected me with Shanae who is just amazing. First appointment I got the royal treatment as I was paying $70. But when I told them I was going in for a colonoscopy the chiropractor and mother said all these horror stories a man had heart attack on table another had to have his colon removed from doing it. So they scared me into backing out. I figure they do this as they want to sell their natural pills which I spent a ton on and did nothing for me. By my third treatment I am stuck in their waiting room for 45 minutes then they bring me in just to put me out again no room. When I finally get in the room they forget about me and I finally tell them I am in the room then chiropractor comes in and barely says a word to me then just an abrubt statement from him make the appointment longer in between and says a day of the week and walks out. Very bad service and a waste of alot of money on pills that DON'T WORK! Very disappointed at the first appointment I thought they were really good and then I get the bad treatment when the bill is $40 read more

I have never been to a Chiropractor in my life! I have a pinched nerve and my friend recommended that I go here. From the moment I entered the office I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience. I was in lots of pain when I arrived and could barely walk on the walker. All of the receptionists and attendants that I interacted with were very polite and caring. When I met the doctor he really took the time to find out what was going on with me. It was really hard for me to move on the table and he was able to maneuver in other ways so that he could get the correct reading. He has a very nice bedside manner. He is very kind. I don't remember his name but he was the young one. No disrespect at all to the older doctor. I had gone to St. Marys hospital before going to his office. He had requested the files from them. After my visit a few days later he called to let me know that he had received the report and he wanted me to go to my regular doctor before coming back so they would be on the same page as far as my treatment goes. I feel like he went the extra mile to make sure whatever the plan was going to be my provider would be in the loop! I cant wait to get back to treatment here because my first visit I did feel relief that same day. read more

Wait time was bad over booked people worst part is while your waiting on them their having personal conversations , staff doesn't now how to move patients quickly , you still have to pay for waiting there "exam" if that's what they want to call it , didn't get no work done came for back problems left with them , even worse because I had to sit around and wait (which makes it worse) i ended up leaving because of wait time , and instead of them trying to keep you "like we will be right with you or sorry give us 5 min." WARNING!!!!! There is a chance you could be permanently injured while having an chiropractic adjustment. On July 26 2016, I stopped by Dr Hannon's office to have a chiropractic adjustment done, I was seen by Dr Brad Hannon. I asked him not to do my neck, just my back, which he did. When he performed the adjustment I experienced some pain in my right hip. Later that evening the pain got worse. By 2 am I was in so much pain I could barely walk. At 3 am I had to go to the emergency room. I can honestly say that was the worst pain I have ever felt. The Dr at the E.R. said that my pain was most likely caused by a damaged sciatic nerve. Later confirmed by my Primary Care Physician. I couldn't walk for 2 weeks. After 3 to 4 weeks I could only walk for a short distance. A year and a half later I am still experiencing pain and numbness in my right leg. I did inform the office manager of my issues, and she said she would inform Dr Hannon. I still haven't heard anything back from them. I'm sure they have helped lots of people, but people need to know there is a risk of injury too. read more

I love that Hannon integrate multiple levels of health in their approach and wanted to give them a try. But they scared me off with their initial consultation fee of $70. I've been going to chiropractors for over 30 years (including in Newport Beach and Beverly Hills), and never experienced such a high fee for an introductory appointment. And that's their cash rate. I was told it included a "massage", which on pressing, found was a 10 minute trigger point massage. This is par for the course, so I felt was a bit misleading as one of the sales points to justify the rate. I have an issue with my back that not every chiropractor can help, so paying an exorbitant rate to find out didn't sit well with me. Of course, they have every right to charge as they wish and good for them if they can get it. I just found their rates curiously odd, especially in the high desert where overhead costs are less than down the hill. I am disappointed, but that's not their fault. All I can imagine is that they don't need new business, so it's great to know they are doing well and that so many people are finding their way to chiropractic. Maybe that will encourage more insurance companies to cover them. read more
