For a deli, the food is actually really good. I had a Caesar salad wrap and wanted to be healthy and it was one of the best I had. It wasn't overpriced and they have a huge variety of options. Hanna's food is fire and quirky (kind of like spelling Hanna without the H). But I can tell she took the H out of the name and put it into the food. (In my quip there, H stands for hope). I'm currently studying for a midterm so this review is rather mid, but the food isn't. Food is really solid and the staff was really nice. Honestly I'll be visiting Hanna again and I hope she remains open to me. Most women like to play hard to get but Hanna, oh boy, she is just so loving and tasty (the food, it's a play on the name of the shop if you don't get it). I have purchased sandwiches from this deli in the past, and I have been happy with it. However on this last visit, I tried their Terriyaki chicken. It comes with vegetables and rice. I asked for all veggies and no rice, and my request was kindly obliged. Unfortunately, the chicken was a sad disappointment. The chicken was burned, which really ruined the meal. The veggies were ok. Hanna's Deli is right below where I work, so it is very convenient. I have gotten a buttered roll, coffee and fruit from here and have been satisfied with all. The prices are very reasonable and well worth the quick breakfast trip. I have also gotten lunch from here. Once was on my own and the other was during a blizzard that my boss bought for the office. Overall my experience was very good. Both times I got a chicken cesar salad wrap with pita and I thought it was very good. It came with a few chips and a soft pickle, so I didn't care much for those two things. Also, my coworkers ordered one thing and they didn't get exactly what they ordered, it was more of a spin on what they were expecting. They said it was still good, but not what they had in mind. In addition to that, there is a $10 minimum. Nowadays, many people do not carry a lot of money on them, so I do think that it is inconvenient when you want a muffin and can't use your card to buy an afternoon snack. I ordered a Cali chicken wrap for lunch about two Thursdays ago while at work. Instead of the wrap they sent me the California chicken salad and I was fine with that until I opened it. One of the couple of differences between the items with the similiar name is bacon. I do not eat pork. I called the restaurant back and they said they would rectify the issue. Cool. Maybe about 40 minutes later I called again to tell them not wo worry about it today and the issue can be rectified on Friday bc my lunch time was over. The person who answered the phone stated the delivery guy was already 2 minutes away. I also asked if he wanted the salad back and he said yes. I was curious to know what they would do with it in these times we are currently in. Anyway, the delivery guy was never on his way. I never received a return phone call either. I was just out of food and money including the tip. I've ordered from Hannahs plenty of times even prior to my job relocation. I've also asked for extra menus to give to my coworkers bc their food is good and reasonable priced, but needless to say I have not ordered from there since and will not be ordering from there again. Truly disappointed in their customer service, I guess they already had their money so the product that would not have been able to be resold was all that mattered. read more

The person that answers the phone is extremely rude, I used to order here because the food was decent and they had a delivery service. She has been rude over the phone while taking my order several times, she has taken down the wrong credit card number several times and then been extremely nasty because it hasn't worked. When I asked her to read it back to me she obviously had the wrong number and I've corrected her and she's given a pathetic apology. I finally got fed up with her attitude recently when she sent over the wrong order and I informed her and she was very nasty about it. I order breakfast from here sometimes. They are right down the street from my job. Yet, I have to order $10 of food in order for them to deliver. I love french toast, so I always ask for cinnamon on my french toast and it never happens. I'm clear about it and it still never happens shm. Amazing italian, tuna, and turkey sandwiches. Ingredients were rich in flavor. Each meat and topping could be taste din every bight. Bread wasn't bad, it was soft, but it was a bit tough to bite through. Maybe a little crunch might make it easier to bite into. Also, it was a bit salt for my taste. This place is a real find. It is meticulously clean, very efficient, has an eclectic menu and very delicious and fresh tasting food. Soups are home made and usually they have three specials to choose from besides the menu regulars such as Udon and Soba noodle soup. Great food from the grill and nice salads. The owners are always on the premises and really seem to take pride in their establishment. They deserve high praise for providing good food for reasonable prices. read more

EVERY time I go I have a problem with my order ..from mystery meat in my vegetable Odon to the good old "no you gave me a $10" when making change for a $20... with the $10 min for charging I wonder how many times the wrong change is given back each day. So convenient to my office- literally across the street .. but I avoid this place at all costs its been at least 6 months since I bought anything ..but I'm again reminded why I go out of my way to avoid .
