I didn't do foam board backing services and mounted my poster myself; the ink they used to print as well as the resolution they were able to get on the poster was significantly better than anything you could get at the retail companies above. So I took my laptop down to them. Andrew was working the desk. We all know the difference between good and bad customer service.
