Work wasn't where I wanted it to be, I was trying to figure out my relationship, and I generally felt like I needed to get out of my own way. So I took a leap and went to see Kristine, while still being pretty convinced that hypnotherapy wasn't a real thing and certainly wasn't going to work on me. I did 4 initial sessions with her and something changed. Not because she waved a magic wand or suddenly turned me into a different person. She gave me tools. She helped change my outlook. She gave me confidence, a mantra I could actually use, and a way to keep myself in check when my brain wanted to go in 15 different directions. She helped me understand what actually needed my attention and what didn't. She also opened me up to manifestation and the law of attraction, 2 things I probably would have made fun of not that long ago. And then, shortly after our sessions, work picked up immensely. Other opportunities started showing up. Things in my personal life started becoming clearer. Call it manifestation, call it mindset, call it getting out of your own way. I don't really care what you call it. Something worked. I'm not going to tell anyone that hypnotherapy is magic or that you walk out of Kristine's office and suddenly your entire life changes. You have to be open to it. You have to do some work yourself. And most importantly, you have to believe that the things you want are actually possible for you. Kristine helps light the path. She gives you the tools and perspective to do something with it yourself. A huge thank you to Kristine for her kindness, patience and for helping me realize that a lot of what I was looking for was stuff I already knew deep down was mine to receive. I just needed a little help getting out of my own way.

Susie spoke with my wife and I over the phone about everything you can think of related to finances, such as 401k, ROTH IRA, stocks, property investments, savings accounts, healthcare, and we even discussed our views about money which we have adopted from the families we grew up with. We went from feeling confused and overwhelmed about our finances to feeling confident that we can do this! Susie helped us think about long term goals, such as retirement, but also helped us with short term practical steps such as which company we should open a savings account with and how much to save each month. Susie never made us feel stupid for not knowing this stuff, she is full of grace and a great teacher. She is friendly, funny and encouraging because she can explain things in a way that made sense to us. Susie is very trustworthy and we felt comfortable sharing our financial information with her. Even if you don't want to share as much financial information, she can still help you think about the big picture and basic concepts. I was willing to do whatever it took to get back on my feet after numerous attempts at therapy whether it was through my insurance provider or private practice. I was a bit skeptical at first about hypnotherapy and life coaching because of the heavy price tag attached but here's what happened. We had a counseling session to see what was going on in my life and how we could go about regaining my clarity and confidence. She helped me realize that there was a lot of past trauma that I had to forgive myself coupled with the bitter truth that my self-destructive tendencies may not have been my fault but is ultimately my responsibility to address. I'm not too sure if the hypnotherapy programmed my subconscious that allowed me to take more action in my life than floating around. The month after our sessions I made more progress in regaining my health by choosing healthier foods and cutting out smoking. I also found a new hobby of swing trading and opening myself up to diversifying and growing my wealth from my savings, severance check and Unemployment Benefits. I ended up doing extremely well as I was confident in my buying and selling stocks by reading trends in the market and a little bit of intuition in the tech industry. Even if I was an emotional wreck I didn't let it affect my decision making when it came to trading. After a year later I have made much more progress in my personal development and career. I ended up founding my own marketing business, travel extensively as well as go on to work for other major companies within my career field.
