The only thing that they did quickly was take my credit card information. They had different people answer the phone and could never answer my questions because my file was always in the locked office of somebody who was never there. They always promised to call me back but never did. I don't think they ever filed the papers because I never received any documents in the mail. Luckly the tenant paid up so I didn't have to go through with the eviction. But during and post the eviction process, I never once received a phone call or mail from this company. They never followed up with a status update or asked me whether the tenant was still there. I have used a couple of other eviction companies and this one is by far the worst. I really wonder if they're a real company or just a bunch of con artists taking people's money. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Once in court, the attorney got scared (probably realizing they messed up) and dismissed our case. We were then forced to spend more money to evict this squatter (so we are obviously not making any money because squatters do not pay). We retained a different firm who did everything properly and only to get to court to realize that the docs that were filed by Crenshaw Eviction were used against us during the proper filing - so again we lost. They do not want to own up to your mistake and rectify it. The world should know about this firm and they should not be allowed to conduct business.
