We worked with Brenna for our wedding in Stanley, Idaho, and Floret was just AMAZING. They worked…read morewith us on our vision and budget and created truly spectacular arrangements that felt like US -- our favorite flowers that were in-season and local and matched my dress. She did amazing styling for our chuppah, entryway, tablescapes, a flower crown, even flowers for my husband's hair. We went through multiple ideas to get something that worked for our budget, and they were so thoughtful and flexible throughout. We got so many compliments on our flowers, and they steal the show in all our photos. The Floret team took care of set-up and take-down and made that so easy for us (and our wedding was on a private property in rural Stanley, where nothing was easy). We also picked Floret because of their philosophy and values around sustainability, and I'm so happy we worked with them! Highly highly recommend.

I named specific colors: pinks, yellows, oranges, aqua. For $125 they delivered a smallish, funereal-looking grocery store bouquet of pastel pinks and whites with a bit of green. I called back to talk to Karen and ask what happened. She passed the phone off to her asst and said she was busy. I was assured she would call me back, but she did not. I offered her the chance to discuss and make it right. She chose to ignore me. I hope people read this review. I feel duped and ripped off.

However, my favorite part was the bakery. We tried the cranberry-lime poppyseed bread. I enjoyed it because it was not too sweet and the cranberries baked into it were delicious. My daughter had the lemon meringue tart and said it was good but a little dry. She enjoyed her big vanilla sprinkled macaron though. My absolute favorite was the seasonal offering of a strawberry-rhubarb tart. I cannot say how much I loved this pastry. It was perfect from the filling to the crust. The filling didn't taste like it had any added sugar and the strawberries served as the sweet to the tart of the rhubarb. The crust was light and you could see the layers that were just firm enough but melded perfectly with the pie filling. There was a brown sugar oatmeal and butter crumble on top that added all the sweet you need. I wish I could eat this every day and will come to visit every time I am back this way just for the chance to savor this perfect pastry again. Thank you!
