They worked…read morewith us on our vision and budget and created truly spectacular arrangements that felt like US -- our favorite flowers that were in-season and local and matched my dress. She did amazing styling for our chuppah, entryway, tablescapes, a flower crown, even flowers for my husband's hair. We went through multiple ideas to get something that worked for our budget, and they were so thoughtful and flexible throughout. We got so many compliments on our flowers, and they steal the show in all our photos. The Floret team took care of set-up and take-down and made that so easy for us (and our wedding was on a private property in rural Stanley, where nothing was easy). We also picked Floret because of their philosophy and values around sustainability, and I'm so happy we worked with them! Highly highly recommend.

She is patronizing and treats you as if she were a second grader. Unfortunately, she did not mention (although she now claims she did) that the store will only issue store credit for returns and not credit it back to your credit card. On the whole the items are very nice but pricey. They have UPS bill you separately for shipping. I will be keeping the phone case strap, since I would be unlikely to use the store credit. A perusal of their internet site shows me nice enough but overpriced items.

So we made a point to come back again on Friday. The selection was good, but the service seemed to be having an off day. It took forever to get any questions answered and the staff just did not seem interested in helping anyone in our party. Granted, two of my people were in their twenties and probably did not look like likely purchasers, but still, I might have bought something if the staff had shown more interest. Another annoyance was that loads of items had no prices, so we had to ask. Maybe they thought we were NOT part of the "richy riches" that frequent this town and not worth the effort??
