Imagine my surprise when I showed up at 9:05 am, the mall was literally empty, and the store was closed! I grabbed a coffee and caught up on Yelp for one hour! I was able to return the damaged carafe with minimum hassle, but decided not to keep the other two. They seem to be very fragile. Since the items were pre-wrapped and placed in a bag, I would suggest you check your items before leaving the store (I normally do!)
