The staff was very helpful and it was easy to book an appointment on short notice. The doctor took a lot of time to get to know my needs and didn't try to oversell me on a new prescription. He had family photos all over his office and it made for a very welcoming environment. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Laircey. On the other hand, the "Boomers" side of the store is just.. sigh... rude! I browsed around their (overpriced) selection before heading in to my appointment and not one person checked in to see if I was interested in anything. Their prices were OUTRAGEOUS. I've had glasses for 5+ years and have never (and would never) drop $400-500 on a pair of glasses. I've had great luck with the $95 (frames and lenses) deal from Warby Parker. My last two pairs have lasted over two years. I just ordered a new paid and called up Boomers to see if they could do an adjustment. Nothing fancy, they were just a little bit too big around the ears. Warby refunds customers $30 on adjustments so I figured I didnt have anything to lose in calling this office up for help. Boy was I wrong! Chuck answered the phone and told me he would "rather not" help with an adjustment because it was "a slap in the face for not purchasing through his store." HA! I was completely caught off guard. He said, "I guess I'd have to help if you came in the store, but I can't guarantee they wouldn't break." Uh, ok? Thanks a lot, Chuck. You definitely sealed the deal to never, ever, ever shop in the eyewear section of this store. You've lost a customer, and I hope by spreading the word I can help others from this unfriendly, unhelpful store. Don't let this review sway you from Dr. Laircey- he was hands down the best optometrist I've ever gone to!

This review is for Brunswick, Ga..........so sorry…read more I have had the most exceptional care with Center Well, I felt obligated to recommend them for home heath. When you are ill in the hospital and they ask you to pick a company off a list for follow up home health, you have no idea who to chose. I guessed WELL. NURSE KELLY WENTWORTH, has now cared for me for 9 months and counting. She has kept me OUT OF HOSPITAL for 9 months going on 10. When I met Kelly I had been hospitalized every two weeks for three months. On the occasional week when Kelly has been unable to make it, they have the nicest and sweetest nurses who fill in. Everyone in the organization is top drawer. *Another AMAZING SEVICE is On Call Nurse 24/7 you can call for help right there and then, even the middle of the night. THERE GOAL IS TO KEEP YOU OUT OF THE HOSPITAL, IF POSSIBLE, BUT ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE ENOUGH TO KNOW WHEN YOU NEED MORE ADVANCED CARE. God willing I'll keep getting approved for more care. I just love this organization. IF you chose Center Well for your care, trust from that moment on you will be cared for by the best trained and kindest nurses.

In short, my insurance was approved initially then found out later several treatment modalities were declared out of network which is now being investigated further and a final decision pending. Further details of this outcome as well as complaints filed with medical review boards will be forthcoming. My major complaint at this time and wish to warn others about is that as the process has unfolded no efforts have been made to utilize the massage and ultrasound therapies for which I have been approved to develop a strategy of pain management to offer a modicum of relief even though I enquired about this this afternoon with no response other than to leave me in unimaginable pain as decompensation is occurring rapidly since going several weeks without any treatments. The only response has been an unwillingness to discuss using the tools available at this time to offer relief in seeming violation of the Hippocratic Oath in my opinion, but instead trying to make certain Southern Chiropractic has no responsibility in the outcome now under investigation. Consumers please be wary and understand that in my experience compassion and care ends with funding with no demonstrated desire to strategize what pain amelioration can at the time be offered with the concern shifting to avoiding any responsibility as my insurance did approve some therapy with no discussion with me of how those could offer me some relief as the rest of the denial of services is under Blue Cross and Blue Shield investigation.
