Dr. Reeves saw me and said I have 6th nerve palsy and we have started doing some testing to find the cause. The staff was great. Very professional and caring. Seemed like they all liked their jobs. Dr. Reeves was awesome, good listener, calm, asked tons of questions and explained Everything upon conclusion. First Class experience.

LOL He does have a full service center for glass's if you want to get them done here or he will give you a scrip to take some place else. I don't think you can go wrong here, as his eye exams are done to the fullest and when you walk out you know just how you stand with your eyes.

However this is…read moredirected at an older gentleman who came out and was rude to me at 911 E Inman St in Statesboro GA on 8/3/26. This gentleman came out to me and was very rude telling me to not pull through their parking lot which was empty. There was one other car at the Fixin The Boro clinic nextdoor and the whole area was dead. I wanted to reverse into the stall so yes, I did pull in through his lot a little bit and then I reversed into the stall which I did not see was a big deal. He came out and was very rude to me And I would have responded differently if he was nice about it. This older gentleman lacks human decency and ethics. I hope he can learn to be a better human and learn how to talk to people. And I'm gonna be Straight up. I said horrible things and cussed him out but so did he. Nobody was the bigger man today and I'm gonna own up to that. I doubt he would. This has nothing to do with the establishment and their services but it does have to do with their customer service and social skills and overall ethics.

The office ladies were unbelievably friendly and I feel very empathetic that they have to work with Dr. Davidson. The office displays signs every 5 feet or so, "Keep your mask on, if you feel the need to take it off, go outside!" Which I understand especially in 2020 but it's a little much in 2023. His assistant took my paper work, and secured a mask using tape under my glasses. After a long wait, Dr. Davidson came in for my eye exam. The first words out of his mouth is, "Please keep your feet on the chair! I move around a lot and don't want to trip over your feet!" He started the eye exam and audibly "huffed" and said, "you need to fix your mask! Your glasses are fogging up!" My face was sweaty because it was very hot in the examination room and the tape was loose on my mask. I attempted to re tape it, which lasted a few minute but of course it came lose again and fogged my glasses. He was visibly annoyed and raised his voice asking me to "fix it!" Every time it came loose, almost insinuating I was sweating on purpose or somehow it was my fault. When it was time for the eye pressure test, he still uses the same antiquated equipment from the 1970s. I accidentally flinch and said, "I'm sorry, it just appears like it's going into my eye." He said, "You will not feel it! I have numbed your eyes!" When I accidentally flinched a second time, he yelled for his assistant to come in and said, "He can't hold his head still! Hold him in place!" I honestly started to believe I was on a hidden camera show. I have heard about curt doctors with god complexes but I had never experienced it. This is my one and only review I have ever wrote. The experience was that bad.

I have had my eyes checked here several times but when I called the Savannah office all the lady could say is "your not in the system" I gave my info to her several times and over and over I heard " your not in the system" I hope when this lady dies and stands before God he looks down and says " your not in the system".

I would rate the service as excellent. After my exam I sat with the young lady to go over my…read moreoptions. I then selected my frames. I was asked about add on options for the lenses such as anti-glare, etc. I was also informed that I was in luck because my insurance covered the anti-glare. The young lady then gave me a price for everything. I paid the amount given. Then........3 months after my visit I receive a balance due notice.........which included anti-glare (Which I was told the insurance provider covered) and eye glass damage coverage, which was never discussed, never asked for and I have never purchased . Note: the insurance provider paid "My Eye Dr." 10 days after service. Now, 90 days after service I'm receiving a bill for these items. I have never been additionally billed. The Eye glass places I've previously used, including "My Eye Dr." have never sent an additional bill. In total, about $175 in additional billing for items not asked for and was specifically told, the insurance provider covered. Will never return to "My Eye Dr."
