I was asked about add on options for the lenses such as anti-glare, etc. I was also informed that I was in luck because my insurance covered the anti-glare. The young lady then gave me a price for everything. I paid the amount given. Then........3 months after my visit I receive a balance due notice.........which included anti-glare (Which I was told the insurance provider covered) and eye glass damage coverage, which was never discussed, never asked for and I have never purchased . Note: the insurance provider paid "My Eye Dr." 10 days after service. Now, 90 days after service I'm receiving a bill for these items. I have never been additionally billed. The Eye glass places I've previously used, including "My Eye Dr." have never sent an additional bill. In total, about $175 in additional billing for items not asked for and was specifically told, the insurance provider covered. Will never return to "My Eye Dr."

Secondly, bifocal lenses are "crooked" - they are not the same spot on each lens. When looking through them, all you see is the blurred bifocal line - have to lower them on the nose in order to see through them properly. Thirdly, my mom's trifocal order - took 3 weeks for them to come in, but since the put the lens in at the shop, the lenses were not made correctly to fit the frames. The lenses are now being sent back to be remade to fit for the frame she chose. between 3 pairs of glasses - over $1100 in cost - would expect much better quality and service than this. Would not recommend this place for anyone to go for glasses.

Dr. Reeves saw me and said I have 6th nerve palsy and we have started doing some testing to find the cause. The staff was great. Very professional and caring. Seemed like they all liked their jobs. Dr. Reeves was awesome, good listener, calm, asked tons of questions and explained Everything upon conclusion. First Class experience.

LOL He does have a full service center for glass's if you want to get them done here or he will give you a scrip to take some place else. I don't think you can go wrong here, as his eye exams are done to the fullest and when you walk out you know just how you stand with your eyes.

I have had my eyes checked here several times but when I called the Savannah office all the lady could say is "your not in the system" I gave my info to her several times and over and over I heard " your not in the system" I hope when this lady dies and stands before God he looks down and says " your not in the system".
