She's been piercing for 20+ years and it Definitely shows in her work. She guides you through the process, explaining in great detail the procedure. Everything is sterile. The entire process takes about 15-20 minutes and 2 of those minutes is the actual piercing itself. Everything is explained in thorough detail and no stone is left unturned.
