The entire service needs a serious re-evaluation of how it takes care of its clients/customers. Was looking forward to drinking a bit and was completely deprived of that due to sneaky employees. Left a few beers a couple of times to hit the restroom only to come back and have the next table tell me they took them. At already 8$ a beer one would guess they had the common sense to not to pick up a half way drunken beer. Thankfully they were giving out some free cheap hot draft beer if not a fresh 100$+ would have been gone last night. If I wanted a club experience I would have recommended a club to the host. Bottles were sold at 180$+ for a simple Malibu bottle and they allowed no set ups to be purchased at all without the purchase of a bottle. Can you imagine how shallow a business has to be to tell customers no over the policing of their liquor sales? To think maybe one just wants to buy a set up for the table to enjoy a nice coke or beverage with ice. NOPE NOT HERE CUSTOMER! Dance started at 8pm and was on all night until 2am and the entire time lights had to be kept on due to policing of liquor done by the employees. Lastly was the food. We ate. Enough said. For the price I wish they would give the host back some money. Left by 12am due to a the ugly vibe the entire place gave out once services started there secure the bag operation. Thus a generous 2 star out of 5 experience.

We drove down from Dallas to come here based on the reviews. We really wanted to love it but were…read moreextremely disappointed! I've been to hot springs all over the world and this place needs to make some improvements to say the least. First there are 2 'suites' and it was really nice if you weren't directly next to the other suite. The people had on their speaker and it was so loud. Even if they had it lower you could still hear everything they said. We had a speaker too but we would just have competed with them. It was hard to relax especially cause we didn't like their music. And the tubs. Ughh. They were black and old. And nasty. The provided shower only had cold water so not much of a shower. No soap either. They advertised food but the only thing they had was cheese. The only positive was the lady that worked there. Super nice. We booked for early afternoon and late in the evening. We are canceling our evening appointment and losing $100 because it was too late to cancel. When you spend $100 for an hour you expect more. Really disappointed. Oh and they NEVER answer the phone. Tried to reach someone for 3 days and always get vm. Can't leave a message. So we are just not showing for our evening appointment.

The cold shower in suite is nice to cool down and then climb back in. I like that the location has cold brews and wine available for purchase. $75.00 for an hour soak is a little steep. I have gone to geothermal pools all around the country and this is more than double some of those locations. If you want to do it, go for it and splurge a little bit. But it's a one and done thing for me. Front desk was helpful, the process to reserve was a breeze.

San Juan was a huge fortress-style that I happened to drive past, not knowing it was one of the churches on the mission path. If you're going to choose one of the churches that isn't the Alamo, this is the one most likely to come up in a search, since it's the largest of them. Walk around the outside and you'll see the "fortress" wall was actually the convent rooms. The actual church was large, but many of the visitors weren't respecting the space or those who were wishing to use the space for prayer. Just a lot of loud talking and people walking in the way of everything. Oh well, it didn't take a ton away from my experience, I just chose to leave the church a little sooner. This location will take a bit longer to walk through, so give yourself enough time to actually see everything you want to see here.

There's even the wells where they drew their water. You get to see the church from the outside as well as inside. There are interpretive signs throughout. Well-maintained; feel like you're back 100 years ago. It is right off a trail system that connects the parks through San Antonio. One small thing. We got there at 9:00 when they open - but the gift shop didn't open until 10:00.
