It was to replace 2' of drywall and baseboards that was damaged in a flood in the basement. It took 2 days to complete. 1 to repair and replace the drywall and baseboards. The next day to paint. He cleaned up well after each day. You can tell that he took pride in his work as the results were impeccable. I have a new basement. I found out that Hector just started out his own painting business. He was just picking up work until his business picks up. I booked him several months later to redo 3 bedrooms including the master. He took out the popcorn ceiling. Pulled out carpeting. Installed new luxury vinyl flooring and baseboards. Paint and clean up. Again, results were impeccable. What's amazing was that Hector was a one man crew during all this time. I have since referred him to friends and they have also been extremely happy with his work. He arrived early on our agreed upon time with all the needed materials on hand. He reviewed all the materials to ensure they were what I was expecting. Was able to get it all done in one afternoon despite the humidity and heat that particular day. Even took the time to ensure all the areas were done despite me not mentioning it during the initial meeting. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations for this project. Shook hands when he was finished and the wife asked him to come back soon to address another issue in our home. Upon accessing Yelp and detailing the services I needed. I was pleasantly surprised by an immediate response from the owner/operator of All Around Handyman, who requested that I select and schedule a date and time on his calendar which I did. Chad arrived ten-minutes early with a big smile on his face. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. As well as a very resourceful handyman. It was refreshing to meet a friendly handyman with a downhome attitude who shares a similar outdoor lifestyle as I. I hadn't laughed so much as a resident of Sioux Falls. Chad was precise as he measured, eyed, marked and hung a 3-piece Glass Wall Sconce Set on wall behind dining room table. Also, hung pictures on walls behind/above living room couch, the fireplace, office desk and bedroom headboard. Placement of these pictures made the apartment more attractive with a homey vibe.
