He was able to help me with a variety of tasks around the house like hanging art frames, removing my closet doors, adjusting a laundry vent's angle, and installing garage shelving on a wall. One thing to note is that he rounds up his hours. So even though I was only a bit over 2 hours, he charged me for 3 hours. So if you can, make sure his work gets done before the hour is up. Hired the company to paint laundry room, kitchen, dining and family room. Teddy is a nice enough guy but he was not the person doing the work. The young man who was assigned to the project truly had no clue. He spray painted wall plates, magnetic cabinet door catches and you name it, he spray painted it. Prepping was not done properly at all. Primer was not used and as a result, stains bled through in spots. No sanding or removing of nails and patching of walls. I know for sure that a paint roller or brush was never used because the rollers and drip pans were never touched and was in the same spot at the end of the day. I noticed a fine mist of paint in the air in my kitchen. I immediately brought it to the attention of the young man and he looked at the door that he sealed and shrugged his shoulders. I knew then that enough was enough. I contacted Teddy via text message expressing that the workmanship was unacceptable and I attached pictures. He apologized and offered me a deep discount. I informed him that I should not have to pay for labor and materials because it was not done properly. I also explained to him that I will have to pay for someone to fix what was done improperly. He asked if he could pick up his equipment and I told Teddy that it would be fine. The offer to correct the many mistakes was not initiated at any point.
