When I called him he was very rude saying he had already wasted a half hour and would have to clean the carb (he claimed the gas was bad but it ran fine). Brought my brand new toro lawn mower in this morning concerning an inability to start one pull…read morestart as guaranteed. It also runs rough when it does start. It is less than a year old so obviously covered under warranty. After arriving and describing the issue, the technician informs me that Toro doesn't want you using gas older than 30 days. He then asks several questions concerning gas and finally starts to enter my information in their system. After collecting a $50 deposit "for the technician" that is non-refundable. Not sure why you need this, for a warranty repair, or for any repair in general. What kind of business needs payment before they do work, the ones that intend to cheat you. The technician then without looking at it at all, states that it's a fuel problem and not covered under warranty. I attempted to get clarification as to how this is a fuel problem, and how they know this is a fuel problem with out even looking at it. While becoming frustrated (not loud or obnoxious) with the response from the technician which was not an answer just a restatement of the original fuel problem. The "owner" Ray got up from his desk and told me to go else where. He didn't explain the warranty policy, or fuel policy or attempt to resolve the issue just demanded I leave the store.

This would cause the blade to pull and tear the grass instead of making a clean cut. I was very disappointed and asked if he used a 30 degree angle for the grinder, he acted annoyed and said 37 and half degrees! I figured it was useless talking to this guy as he was the master of his universe! It was obvious they don't use professional table mounted Sharpener because the edge was not uniform. It's really disheartening because I had high hopes for this place.

Three week of non-returned phone calls, I was force to drive to their location to find out. The employee said the mechanic needs to replace the carburetor and give him a week to complete the job. LIES... No one ever returned a single phone call - worst customer service ever!!! The owner LIED to my face a second time: I drove to their premises and the owner was there. She assured me the mechanic would have it fixed by the end of the week. EIGHT WEEKS later I was able to retrieve my UN-REPAIRED leaf blower. Final NOTE: Their mechanic is INEPT!!!! I took my leaf blower to another repair business. They had it serviced within a week. Their repair person said the leaf blower needed the correct spark plug and did a simple carburetor adjustment. Outdoor Equipment Repair mechanic wanted to replace the carburetor and a bunch of possibly costly things probably just to charge more!!! SCAM - They just took my deposit and did nothing except lie and wasted my time.

I have once again dropped off the generators to get the repairs completed that were supposed to be done the first time. After another month they still never looked at the generators.
