He was kind and professional as he checked the issue and also observed and quoted several other needed repairs. The quotes were clear and quick. He did such a good job that I called him when we ran into some repairs above our skill level at our residence. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issues, gave me several quote options for additional items and had the jobs finished within a few hours. Leaving me to either have to spend additional money that should be covered under warranty or wait until Monday with temperatures expected to be over 100 all weekend. Incredibly horrible customer service. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone as they will leave you to fend for yourself after giving them thousands of dollars for a new unit.
