Very unprofessional company ,one of thier handyman employees "Sam" was suppose to do an estimate for me on an arranged time and day ,well he never showed up and didn't communicate anything either ,no text ,no call .After I left a text saying how it is common courtesy to at least tell the client that you cannot make a commitment .Well he called me back at 11:00 pm ,appologizing and promised me and gave me his word that he would do a great job for me ?I gave him a second chance ,he came by to do the estimate ,but seemed distracted by the items in my home .He didn't take any notes or asked too many questions ,or had a contract ready ,he quoted me the job would be $200 for drilling multiple holes in concrete walls ,which i thought was a bit underpriced ?When I asked him when he could start the job ,he told me in a week ,I waited a week and when I texted him asking if he was coming I got radio silence .Then the second week goes by I text him again ,he replied that he "fell off a ladder" and would get back to me once he was alright ?I waited another few weeks ,and texted him back to see how he was doing ,radio silence again .After more than two months I just gave up after Sam "ghosted" me .Sam is not a good communicator at all ,he is very unreliable and unprofessional .My theory is he didn't want to do the job based off of his low quote ,and realized it was not profitable for him to do the work .I am not upset he didn't do the job ,but he could have had the common decency to at least tell me he couldn't .Ghosting people after you commit to them is very unprofessional and immoral thing to do . read more
