This is such an unpleasant experience..... we paid for a full groom and they did not even bath him. When we dropped our dog off we were told they would be closing early so after three hours we checked to see if he was done...the groomer was working on another pet and said it would be another hour. Our poor dog was left in the back for who knows how long...it certainly did not take four hours to hack his hair off.

And, they stand up where many fail; they have an ordering system that is efficient and WORKS - place your order, it's there by the next Wednesday, and has never failed me yet. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and on the weekend there are plenty on hand to help everyone - good thing because the store is packed!
