Two customers ready to walk in and he needed to leave so bad that he was standing outside the door BEFORE 5:00 to motion people away. I've been shopping there for five years for ALL of our alcohol, but after this, I'll never walk in there again. I would never do that and if the owners support an employee doing that, that's as bad as it gets to motion a customer away outside the store in the parking lot. You stay inside and at 5:00, you simply close your doors. Had myself and the other gentlemen gotten inside before 5:00, you make money, maybe you leave at 5:05, usually people know what they are buying at the liquor store pretty quickly, in and out.

Was told, "the state says we have up to 24 hours to put it on the shelf, come back tomorrow". Seriously? You have bourbon sitting on the shelf in the back but can't sell it? That's Shady AF, let me guess. You've got to call a dozen people and let them know first then the remaining goes on the shelf? I've been shopping at Arrow for over 20 years, yesterday was my last time.
