Rather than coming out to see and fix the problem, NGP has been refusing to answer our emails, text messages, and phone calls. I have not been able to get anyone from the company to return my call, after two months of trying. Seems that all I can do now is to warn others away from Next Generation Painting LLC before they become victims of poor customer service too.

The company crew tore off T1-11 plywood siding that was rotting and warped, totally mischaracterized by the Windermere agent listing the house in 2022. (I would never use her to list any property I owned!) Crew replaced the vast majority of the wood product with fiber cement siding and then painted all the product installed plus other items like doors and some of the wood (in good shape and out of weather!). While there were some hiccups (nothing is perfect!), all were timely and effectively addressed by Gideon. The process was several weeks, and it was very professional that Next Generation provided a portable potty for employees' use. The crew and/or Gideon kept in constant communication with my partner and me. Check with Gideon if you have any painting (interior/exterior) needs!

He made good on his offer to make me better than whole. He didn't have to. I think it shows the strength of his character to own and to make an effort to remedy the past mistakes. Before and while work was in process Austin's office staff or support crew worked diligently to keep the project moving as quickly as possible. They smoothed communication issues and kept me updated. Austin's crew lead by Luis replaced the composition shingle roof with a new metal one. They were super-friendly and courteous. I love the new color! The same is true for the new exterior color. My greatest concern with the previous job was with the board and bat siding. Those concerns were justified by water-stains. Austin's crew remedied my concerns by replacing boards and bats. The previous scope of work was limited to two walls. Austin's crew weather-proofed the bats on all four sides of the house. And finally they stained those four sides with a new, more modern color. All of this was done at no financial cost to me. So thank you again to Austin and the Fly Guys.
