The team had some obstacles I suspect they didn't realize at time of quote. Ranier, Carlos, Kyle, Luis, and a few other guys on the team managed the heat and the install in one day. I can't say enough good about Super Service; they did our inspection when we were buying the home and we've stuck with them ever since. They stayed until the work was complete, where two other companies told us they would have to quit work by 6:30. These guys stayed not only til the job was done, but until they could verify our house (92 degrees inside) was cooling down so we could sleep here the night they finished. Uber-professional, courteous, respectful, and cheerful, this crew is as good as I've seen. Makes me chuckle a little that my neighbor lost his AC the same night I did, and they went with another company. He's on day 3 of his replacement. All days where the ambient was at least 111 degrees.

Hello everyone, I'm back once again to talk about LV Home Concepts. You know just when you think…read moreyou know someone. So here we are 26months after my kitchen and primary bath remodel. We are now going to focus on my flooring. So I purchased the flooring myself from a flooring company that I have used in the past, so I know they are trustworthy. The flooring that LV concepts installed have started to come up. Now mind you this is LVP flooring. So i had a different contractor come out to take a look and they informed me that the previous contractor (LV) didn't install the flooring correctly and had broken the locking mechanism during installation. That's why they are now coming up. So I called the owner of (LV) Tal to explain the situation, he immediately blamed the manufacturer. He basically said in so many words that the flooring was bad. Now mind you I have this same flooring throughout my entire home. His company only did the kitchen and primary bath which is where I'm having problems. The flooring in the rest of the house is totally fine, no problems at all. So to go with the flow my husband took a video of all the areas in question and sent it to the manufacturer. Low and behold the manufacturer agrees with the second contractor that I had inspect the floors. Not a manufacturer issue but a contractor install issue. Called Tal and he is not trying to hear that it's his fault. This company will not take responsibility for any of their work or actions. So PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.......They will take your money and leave you high and dry when something goes wrong. He replied and quoted me after business hours. His estimate to replace a water heater was very close to the actual bill, no surprises. After our hot water heater broke, we contacted our Home Warranty, but since our water heater was still under the manufacturer's warranty, Home Warranty doesn't really kick in. The service provider that the warranty company had, was pressuring us to upgrade to a bigger tank, which we really did not need. Their service provider "Ideal Services" really wanted us to spend more than what was necessary stating that we would not pass inspection with a 50 gallon water heater. Alexander of Allstate assured me that we will pass inspection, which we did. Kudos to businesses like Allstate who not only know what they are doing, they do not gauge and take advantage of customers. They followed up several times to make sure we were satisfied with their services. Krassimir, their Technician was very professional and efficient.
