The installers said "We have an insulation division." I still got three quotes before going back to Super Service. They were right-priced, and I already had piece of mind for their quality of service, so we hired them to do the insulation. The crew of 2 arrived at 9:30, and by noon they were vacuuming the small debris on the floor and prepping to leave. They covered the carpets with cling plastic, were very clean and fast. The attic is now filled with new cellulose insulation, and we look forward to more efficient heating/cooling in this near 40 year-old home.

They came to my home to flush my tankless water heater. They told me it was beyond needing a flush, and needed to be replaced for $7k! I called the manufacturer who gave me a name of an authorized servicer. The servicer came out, and said the system needed to be cleaned thoroughly,and did not need to be flushed. I paid them $425 for a complete rebuild. The system did not need to be replaced whatsoever. If it did, they told me it was $3200, not $7k Lees claimed. Buyer beware of Lee's. Instead of being honest, they tried to rip me off of $7k. No more chances! Stop calling me with free inspection offers.

We are now going to focus on my flooring. So I purchased the flooring myself from a flooring company that I have used in the past, so I know they are trustworthy. The flooring that LV concepts installed have started to come up. Now mind you this is LVP flooring. So i had a different contractor come out to take a look and they informed me that the previous contractor (LV) didn't install the flooring correctly and had broken the locking mechanism during installation. That's why they are now coming up. So I called the owner of (LV) Tal to explain the situation, he immediately blamed the manufacturer. He basically said in so many words that the flooring was bad. Now mind you I have this same flooring throughout my entire home. His company only did the kitchen and primary bath which is where I'm having problems. The flooring in the rest of the house is totally fine, no problems at all. So to go with the flow my husband took a video of all the areas in question and sent it to the manufacturer. Low and behold the manufacturer agrees with the second contractor that I had inspect the floors. Not a manufacturer issue but a contractor install issue. Called Tal and he is not trying to hear that it's his fault. This company will not take responsibility for any of their work or actions. So PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.......They will take your money and leave you high and dry when something goes wrong. Thank you LV Concepts for the $16K worth of new floors that I have to have installed, due to the fact that the manufacturer no longer makes the ones I currently have. He replied and quoted me after business hours. His estimate to replace a water heater was very close to the actual bill, no surprises. After our hot water heater broke, we contacted our Home Warranty, but since our water heater was still under the manufacturer's warranty, Home Warranty doesn't really kick in. The service provider that the warranty company had, was pressuring us to upgrade to a bigger tank, which we really did not need. Their service provider "Ideal Services" really wanted us to spend more than what was necessary stating that we would not pass inspection with a 50 gallon water heater. Alexander of Allstate assured me that we will pass inspection, which we did. Kudos to businesses like Allstate who not only know what they are doing, they do not gauge and take advantage of customers. They followed up several times to make sure we were satisfied with their services. Krassimir, their Technician was very professional and efficient.
