Unfortunately, he did not fulfill what we agreed on. I paid over $12,000, and the work was left incomplete. The units were not rent-ready, debris and trash were left throughout the property, and key items we discussed were never finished. The photos I attached show only part of the condition he left the property in. After receiving payment, Larry stopped responding and ultimately blocked me instead of taking accountability or addressing the issues. As a property owner who relied on clear communication and trust, this was extremely disappointing and costly. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend hiring someone else if you are considering renovating a property. This contractor was unreliable, unresponsive, and did not deliver the agreed-upon work.

David's "materials costs" were $600, per his proposal and $800 for labor. The better contractor showed a receipt from Lowes for $70 for ALL MATERIALS!! Additionally, the contractor I went with only charged me $400 for labor!!! I immediately requested a refund from David, which he agreed to. Two days later, no refund. I texted him a few times, didn't hear anything back. I even texted him this review, no response! I will now have to file a claim with my bank. He is a total ripoff artist, liar and hounds potential clients until you agree or block him. DO NOT HIRE HIM!! BEWARE! He did no work and isn't willingly giving me my money back! $800!!!! Crazy.
